Was close to pleasure beach, the hotel staff were very nice and helpful,beds were very comfortable and rooms looked nice and food was great also

If you couldn't get on the front of the hotel for parking, that was abit of a problem.

We loved all the little extras that you wouldn't expect, they went above and beyond to make your safe comfortable, would not hesitate in stopping here again x

Only 1 hour time slot for breakfast which was quite late. But they were very helpful when we couldn't make breakfast before check out due to an early booking at the water park.

Having to go home was upsetting!

This hotel is absolutely fabulous! Richard and Paul have created the most wonderful atmosphere and ambience. I was incredibly impressed. This was my first stay and I was welcomed by many people who had stayed multiple times; I will never stay anywhere else in Blackpool and am looking forward to return.

Nothing. Walls/doors were a little thin so could hear noise from the corridors but we were in a room with a lot of walk past, but this is expected in properties like this so wasn’t an issue. Just be aware booking through here only gets continental breakfast included, but was great. And can pay £5 to upgrade to full breakfast!

Property was very clean, and had everything you needed with some lovely added touches. Staff were friendly and couldn’t have been more helpful and welcoming. Ideal location for Blackpool and for going further down the coast to St Anne’s and Lytham. Even got our room upgraded ☺️

All previous reviews were spot on. Met at the door with a lovely welcome. Paul and Richard could not have done enough for us. Nothing was any trouble. They really engaged with all of the guests. Beautifully well-maintained, immaculate hotel. Freshly-cooked, delicious breakfast. Loads of small touches that added to the experience. First time there and it will be our go-to place from now on.

There was nothing I didn't like :)

On arrival we were met at the door with a friendly welcome , we were not sure where to park but we were quickly assisted with this we had lovely welcome and we were upgraded free of charge , we decided to upgrade our breakfast and it was absolutely worth it 👌 the room was clean tidy and beautifully made up the bathroom was the same it was a lovely quiet room and had everything we needed it only took us 5 min walk to all of the places we wanted to visit Blackpool Tower the Blackpool dungeon and it was a lovely walk through the Blackpool illumination and onto the piers we had no trouble finding places to eat out , we will definately be going back ! Another lovely touch at the hotel was a cabinet they had selling some lovely bits of jewellery and some other items at a very reasonable price I bought a few things to take home for my nieces :)
