We loved this place! Our room had a large comfortable king bed with lots of light, tucked back away from other rooms. Berkeley was a great host! He gave us some great tips for places to go that were less traveled and exceeded our expectations. We loved it here!

We booked the place by chance and if I had my time again, I would opt for a second night there.

Berkeley the owner was a memorable fellow and made us both feel right at home. He was knowledgeable of the area and had great suggestions for us as we planned our day. The accomodation had many nice touches. They even had VEGEMITE at breakfast!

The building is well maintained and the rooms are in modern condition. It’s also perfectly located in a beautiful part of town, making the area easily accessible by foot.

Drove around Ireland and Northern Ireland for 2 weeks staying at different locations, and this was one of my favorites! The family run business is extremely friendly and hospitable. They're extremely welcoming to travellers and helpful; from lending a hand with luggage, offering to do my laundry, to tips for new European drivers. Breakfast was delicious and extremely filling. They have a coffee and tea station that was easy to use and had lots of choices! Great value for the money, close to essential stores/restaurants.

Very relaxed atmosphere. Lots of books. Loved the common user kitchen rather than having tea/coffee in the room. Beautiful view from the sitting rooms and superb location. Very clean. Room and bed very comfy. Bathroom pristine. Well-designed.

Berkeley was a top host, as soon as we arrived he welcomed us and told us about the on-sight facilities and surrounding area, he told us about where we could go to eat and drink, facilities that were walking distance and nearby day trips. The room was very presentable and cosy, with a very good on suite. Breakfast was delicious, with various options available, the fry was fantastic (they catered for vegetarians), also there was a very good coffee machine with all the options you would expect (available 24-7). WIFI signal was excellent. It was evident that Berkeley and Claire had worked hard to provide a great customer experience and we will be booking again with them.

An excellent experience. An attentive host and excellent facilities, all in the great town of Ballycastle. It was a little bit like stepping back in time to the boarding houses of yesteryear, but with all facilities of 2023 at the same time. Brill

The room was comfortable and spacious. B&B is close to the town centre. The owner was helpful, and recommended a nice back route to the Giant's Causeway.

Berkeley was a lovely welcoming host who provided lots of useful local advice. The room was clean and comfortable. There was plenty of choice on the breakfast menu, my porridge was cooked perfectly and there was lots of good strong fresh coffee.

Bicycle was kept in a safe area The b and b is three houses joined together. There are several lounges, a kitchen, coffee/tea room, and a dining table. Possible the best b and b of my 8 week journey. Many energy saving devices.
