We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomMy bedroom. Also on returning after going out for dinner there was a drunken man lying across the entrance hall, and no one was doing anything about it. I found that as an elderly woman travelling alone very off putting.
Location was great and the car park a real bonus. The staff were helpful but overstretched. My bathroom was newish and clean but the bedroom was very old and with grubby carpet and curtains. Breakfast was excellent.

Apart from having a great location , the Room was a good size and the bed comfortable. we did not use the restaurant facilities as we were one night guests

United KingdomThe breakfast was good but, a bugbear of mine, some mornings there was nowhere to throw your discarded teabags or cereal packet. I would have preferred a pot of tea at the table. Sometimes the only fresh fruit left was sliced watermelon as the banana and apple had been taken and no fresh replaced.
Great central location, some of the hotel is in need of an update e.g. carpets on the stairs are threadbare but the entire place is spotless and decorated in keeping with the age of the building. Our room was lovely. Old fashioned furniture but lots of space and the hot water in the bathroom was almost instant, also the heated towel rail was on all the time keeping the fluffy towel warm.

United KingdomThe room was extremely “tired”! Furniture worn out and television very old and small. Bathroom shower didn’t work but the room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. It was also extremely hot in the room and one of the windows was broken so we were unable to open it.
Staff! They were so very friendly and nothing was to much trouble for them. The hotel was also dog friendly and had good parking facilities.

I understand it was a very Busy time with Room turnover etc.. Phoned from Reunion to Check I could check in about 6:50 to enable me take part in some activities. .That was Fine.. Last Minute Booking Caused Check in Time Confusion. .Staff were Polite at all Times. Booked Through 3rd Party site. .Will Book Direct in Future.
