no plug sockets by the bed meant I had to get up to turn off my phone alarm ( actually maybe not a bad thing after all).

everything I needed it to be. warm room; soft carpet; firm bed; lots of space; bath & shower; comfy seats at a table big enough to eat at; plenty of coat hangers; biscuits on the tea tray; soft lighting; a large shelf in the bathroom and an extractor that went off with the light. regular business travellers will understand. excellent value for money

This is NOT a hotel! Its a motel, just a room & no hotel facilities altho their website states bar, restaurant & gym. You don't even go in the hotel only to get your key. Its just rooms built near a car park. Bath rusty, window frames rotten. Very run down.

Walking between the buildings was not well lit and didn't feel very safe as speed humps not visible. The corridors to access the room were quite dark too.

The gym was well laid out and i would happily visit again. The room was comfortable and a lovely size.

Only one set of towels provided for a booking of 2 adults. Toilet seat needs replacing. Plug in sink (pop-up) did not easily pop back up to drain the water away.

Clean room, comfortable bed. Easy check in and express check out available. Good communication ahead of arrival.

De-caf tea and coffee, tissues, water.

There was no breakfast. Room adequate and comfortable but no frills or extras. Room spacious with table, desk, three chairs and adequate hanging and drawer space. Bathroom large with bath and shower and good space for putting things.

Was just one casually dressed man hanging around reception when we arrived at around 5pm, it felt very closed and not even any heating on, then he didnt know how to use the card machine and had to call someone. Didn't set a great example! No bar or restaurant open although this was stated before we arrived.. Decor was tired in places e.g. ripped wallpaper and exposed cables in the corridor.

Our room itself was very comfortable and a great size, had everything we needed and was clean. Location was convenient and quiet. Easy check out just leaving room card in a box. Good to have easy free parking.

there were some superficial decorative things that could have been refurbished (e.g. peeling wallpaper and flaking ceiling paint).

the property had great character. we had all the amenities.

Tired room. Bathroom window needs painting, blind needs renewing. Rust in the bath. Bulb out in light by mirror in bathroom. Reception not open all day, you have to ring the doorbell. No offer of breakfast and no hotel details in the room.

Location good. Beds comfortable. Plenty of tea and coffee. Nice towels. Room warm.

My only moan was the freeview. Took forever to load and several channels would not load

Sadly breakfast was not available just now, The room was spacious with lots of storage table and chairs with several lamps, decent size tv. Massive bath and strong shower. Plenty of tea coffee and biscuits. Only one minor complaint. See next box
