Freezing cold shower ! No toilet roll or towles provided so had to contact the owner! Windows didn’t close , very much like student accommodation , could hear the man upstairs snoring, as basic as you could possibly get !!!

Would be nice to have the bathroom better stocked. The handsoap dispenser was dish soap watered down, no shampoo or body wash.

There was only one bed and a really small sofa, not enough for 4 people, also no toilet roll, no shampoo, no shower gel and not enough towels for everyone, very disappointed for how much we paid

The property isn’t as advertised, the room is literally a box, the only window is blacked out so no natural light. We contacted the property upon arrival and they didn’t respond until 30 hours later. It took so long for a response we decided to move onto another hotel. They have refused to refund us our stay even though the property is quite clearly not what is pictured. AVOID.

It was like a 2 day student hall experience. Shared kitchen and lounge. Apparently the rooms are soundproof, this couldn’t be further from the truth. You could hear what other people were getting up to during the night very clearly, this was first night. We woke up in the morning to doors being slammed, continuously as a couple that we’re staying were arguing quite passionately that morning. It was all just very inappropriate. The light in the hall way was off and on all night, which was a huge disturbance as our room had a panel of glass above the door, which let this light in. This could be easily rectified with some black vinyl. You couldn’t swing a cat in our room. The mattress quality was poor, the bed sheets were a cheap polyester. All round so not worth the money. The host was ignorant when I expressed my dissatisfaction to top it all off. No discounts applied for the inconvenience of the totally misleading advert. I wish I had something positive to say but it was highly disappointing.

The lighting fixture in the bedroom was a good as it gets here at this “cosy bright studio apartment” none of those words are an accurate description of this accommodation.

Place was very noisy with other tenants in the building, there was a window above the door and a bright LED light in the hallway and every time someone came out to the hallway the room was lit up making my sleep disturbed. The room also smelled of cigarettes which was unpleasant.

absolute rubbish!! what ever it shows in pictures it was totally different in real, tinny room with no fresh bedding i had to sleep in used beddings room stunk of damp, there was mould in shower area, shower door was broken, there wasn't any toiletries at all not even hand wash.

Very far and not an easy to get to place when lugging cases. We had only one bath towel between the two of us. The room we got was nothing like the pictures - way smaller!! The smoke alarm was hanging from the ceiling, the freezer box was a mess of burst cans I informed the host but got no response.

Spacious and really nice organised apartment. Comfortable bed and sofas, nice and big 50' Smart TV, Really well equipped kitchen. Everything clean and shiny ✨️ 10/10 from me. Fast internet as well and perfect location just next to metro and Wembley Stadium 🏟

Temperature in the room was unbearable at night and bed wasn't the comfiest as it would shake when you moved. Had to pay £15 per night to park in driveway and received a £65 parking ticket in the morning due to my car not fitting fully in the driveway which I wasn't made aware of or I would have made other parking arrangements

This place was the worst nightmare .. started with no communication with the host about the checkin details. Once he finally responded after mutiple chasers to booking.com ,We asked him for an early checkin (1.30pm) which he graciously agreed to. However we still did not recieve the checkin details. We then reached the place by 2.30pm to give him time but even then we had to wait outside for 10-15mins . Going up to the room , the room was small which is fine and we knew about it . But there was no ventilation at all . We asked him for a fan he disagreed . Worst was the night. Because of the hot weather and no fan we had to open the windows. This led to insects and spiders coming into to the room , the bed . The main door did not lock .. i repeatedly messaged him to ask but there was no response at all . The room was dimly lit . All in all it was an horrendous experience . You can get a better apartment with a lot more facilities and responsive hosts in central London at the same price .

Room is very small, bed was very small size for two people. me and my wife can't sleep on such a small size of double bed. it was very difficult to open our bags (luggage) because it was very small room which was no expected. toilet is very compact and small to use. shower is bit difficult for me because of small size

We stayed in the converted garage, was small but we hardly spent anytime in the room so didn’t bother us

We were in room 2 and the windows open slightly but not enough to let fresh air in. It was noisy and the place is more like a HMO than anything else. They only provide 1 pillow and the bed is cheap and uncomfortable so we had a terrible nights sleep. I asked if we could use their parking for £15 and they said yes, however, they had sold it to somebody else also so we couldn't park the car at the property. Would not stay here again.

The place is close to the stadium but this is about it.

Dirty bed and hair of others. I don’t think they change the sheets. The owner was surprised but fortunately changed the sheets after my request. The neighbourhood is a little dirty as well
