The house is indeed cosy, and beautifully decorated. The little garden is filled with a variety of plants and flowers, and was a great place to relax after work.

I was left alone to do my own things and it was easy to get to the City Centre with regular buses from outside the door.

I booked this accomodation for 2 nights. The first evening I arrived I waited for 2 hours outside the property with no lock box code to get keys.i had traveled from Ireland. Finished work and Nobody answering the phone to me. Then had to book a hotel for the night for extra expense on me with no refund. A joke. And when she did contact me at 8 o'clock that evening said she was too busy at a food festival. Got the key code for the second evening but it was a terrible experience. All round not great.

Not much too like. Grubby and expensive for what you get.

It's an absolutely beautiful home, kept very clean and felt homely as oppose to a premier Inn! Close to gorgeous surroundings at a stones throw away. The owner was lovely and I will definitely use cosy caroline's again.

Cold, dirty, dusty, mouldy, weird dump-like-smell, nothing like on pictures, misleading advertising, shared mouldy bathroom with dirty floor, broken lock on the door in shared property, see pictures. 5 minutes after arrival I decided I'm not staying in such conditions, the host agreed to refund, but then never sent the refund and she even ignored messages from booking customer service. Overall bad experience and waste of my time and money

Given that the price was extremely reasonable, I would say that there was nothing that failed to meet my expectations.

The customer service was excellent, I needed to contact the host late at night and they answered the phone and sorted out my issue. The bathroom was very clean and the well cared for house plants around the place were a nice touch. The bed was one of the most comfortable I've ever stayed in.

People usually say home sweet home. I found my home in Cossy Caroline's. I really like the area. Easy access to many places.

Check in times are flexible, but it's best to let the host know your intended arrival time well in advance. Caroline may not be around.

I had a pleasant and quiet stay at Caroline's place. There were plates, a kettle, tea and coffee in the room. Caroline also brought a microwave for me and I could use her fridge in the kitchen. The bedrooms and the bathroom have locks. There's a bus stop right outside the house.

no customer service , lady showed me my room whilst on the phone, had to let myself in as no one answered the door , very odd setup . no heating on through the radiators so woke up very cold in the night , didn’t stay the second as a result and stayed the third as the weather improved.

There is nothing cosy about this accommodation, the place was freezing cold. The heating was put on minimum and very briefly, upon request. Needless to say, I won't be returning.
