We loved everything and have nothing to complain about whatsoever.

The attention to detail left me speechless. They have literally thought of every single thing you might need during your stay. There is an honesty jar to contribute towards what you have used. Clean, comfy, quiet, beautiful spot, great value for money and friendly welcome. We will 100% book again but for longer next time. Perfect! Highly recommend for something a little different.

The location was great, the boat was cute, accomodating and just what we wanted for a few nights away from the hustle of everyday life. The ducks swimming by the boat was a lovely addition to our stay, very accessible & nicely quiet. It was just what we needed to recharge! The host Jessie could not have been a nicer man to meet and was on hand at a seconds notice with any question 100% going back there in the summer, highly recommend

Everything you need is onboard. Two minutes walk to a fantastic riverside bar and restaurant, actually within the boatyard. Fantastic! Boat was great. Cosy. Warm. Clean.

The one and only thing i would say was a negative was the cleanliness. It was dusty and grubby in places but as it was only for one night we let it slide.

Its exactly as it states. No, it's not overly warm at all, but it's a little boat with just a tiny heater at one of the coldest times of year so exactly to be expected. Yes it's crammed and confined but again, it's a little boat so to be expected. We knew exactly what we were booking and it's exactly what we wanted for a night away. It's set in a great location with plenty of other towns to visit close by. If you like your bog standard hotel rooms then i wouldn't suggest it. However, if you are open minded, up for something a little it different...quirky almost, then give it a go. We will definitely be back in the summer as feel it would be great in the evening out on the grass with a bbq chilling in the peace and quiet. Could not fault the staff (Jessie) who we dealt with when we had enquiries, or wanted some guidance on good places to eat etc. Nothing seemed too much trouble.

It was a bit tricky getting on and off - even with the steps provided - as I'm fairly small and found it difficult to step over the rails so had to go between them. It would be easier if you could unhook the top rail for easy access.

The owners were absolutely fantastic and welcoming were happy to help no matter what it was even offered us to postpone the trip because of the weather absolutely brilliant service

cramped toilet/shower, but i can live with that.

It was a fantastic night, quirky and fun. Cost was quite affordable, little extras like tea/coffee, mini bar etc, were all great. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for that 'something different' to a normal hotel/room.

Having to leave after such a great stay, but we will be returning soon.

My partner and I stayed for 4 nights and had an amazing chilled time, It's a very quiet spot and great views of the river, old mill and character buildings. Upon arrival check in was smooth along with a complimentary bottle of wine which was a nice touch and went down a treat, also Jessie was superb with his communication and made things clear as daylight. The boat itself was lovely and genuinely sad to leave.

Limited toilet facilities especially overnight. If you have limited mobility getting on and off the boat can be difficult.

Excellent location very close to the centre of Sandwich, a beautiful town in the south east. Free parking onsite which is good to look at the town. Plenty of shops cafes etc. Quiet relaxing location on the river.

Nothing really!

Loved my stay on board - it was something different. Peaceful location yet close to the town centre and wonderful waking up on the water. The boatyard it's located in is keypad entry, which as a lady on her own made me feel very safe. Was well stocked with things like fruit and jams etc and a mini bar, for which there's an honesty jar. Found this very handy.

there's wasn't much not to like, getting on and off the boat was challenging at times but that's to be expected the noise of the boat in the night creaking/wind but also as to be expected 😁

What a little gem. Such a great location, lovely boat, with a very charming owner who has paid attention to every detail. If you love ‘out of the ordinary’, ‘quirky’ and ‘memorable’ then this is for you. If you like ‘middle of the road’, then stay in a dull hotel instead! A first class experience! Five stars! 🌞
