It was a bit difficult to find initially as it’s a long road and the satnav takes you in to the same street but adjacent and round a bend to the flat

Communal areas need a refresh. They were shabby and dirty looking. Need to provide more towels. We had 1 bath towel per person and 1 bath mat. No hand towels or any spares to mop up the excess water that was leaking from the shower screen.

Was good value for the money. Decor was nice, wasn't outdated, and beds were comfortable.

Was worried about parking close to the building but in the same breath I always got a spot.

The location for food or anything to do is ideal. Flat is just what we needed.

A security light over the building entrance door would be good & it would be easier to keep the carpets spotless if the front path was cleaned.

Large rooms, nicely furnished & spotlessly clean. Very little traffic noise despite being on a busy road. More space & freedom than a hotel at a lot less cost.

No way to make coffee. No glass in cafetière. No sponge or cloth for washing up. Communal hallway very grubby and run down

One more comfortable chair in the living area is needed if there are going to be four people staying at the property. The living room is quite big, so a few more pictures on the walls to make it feel less clinical.

The location was spot on for us, being close to the university area but also walking distance to Cabot Circus. Easy parking in nearby street which was free at the weekends. The flat was very comfortable and had everything we needed. It was also very clean. The area is quiet and the blinds made the room dark enough for a great nights sleep.

It was advertised as free parking…its all permit holders between 9-5. We had to pay to park during the day

Property was clean and tidy, no issues at all. Host was friendly and helpful when we called regarding the heating and came out to the property to help with the heating as the welcome pack did give clear instructions.

Parking could have been easier, however we used just park as advised by the hosts and that was a cost effective and easy approach.

Limited crockery and other basic stock like toilet rolls, they only provided one roll for 3 people staying for 3 days. And never responded to our request when it ran out.

The "free parking" that is mentioned on the page is very misleading as the parking is for permit holders only mon - fri 09:00 - 17:00, it cost me £19 for parking from Tuesday 15:30 - Thursday 10:30. And I can't remember reading about there being 2 flights of stairs to the apartment, which would cause issues for those with mobility issues.

The apartment was nice and clean & the facilities available were good, a decent central location with quick uber rides.

The front garden was very dark and overgrown when we arrived, difficult to locate the pathway to the entrance and lockbox. The room wasn't the cleanest, popcorn and champagne corks were left around not hoovered up, also a high heel shoe was left on the stairs on arrival which wasn't ours. Parking was eventually provided but not at the location we were staying at, better details need to be in the listing as it was presumed parking was available on-site

Good location, a 10 min walk to the center. Large spacious flat with lots of beds and amenities. TV with streaming services included and a brochure of local eateries was a nice touch.

We had hairs of all descriptions in the bed, it was as if they’d not been boil washed between stays. Some very conspicuous stains on the headboard also.

I felt like I was getting a lot of messaging, almost needling, before the date. The overgrown garden, a once grand house turned into forlorn flats with a not very clean stairway/landing to the apartment...it's a bit depressing at first. Once you get into the apartment cleanliness improves significantly though it wouldn't be my first choice if there's a next time in Bristol. Just a cut below pretty much everything else I have stayed in for as long as I can remember...maybe I was being frugal, perhaps it was a good price (I can't remember exactly).

Great location with lots of pubs and restaurants within 20 mins walk. Lucky to find parking across the street, exactly as suggested by the owner. I don't want to be too disparaging about the apartment, it was OK, everything worked, it was pretty clean, beds fine, bathroom OK.

Access was via an overgrown garden and then through a common hall and stairway that was unclean. Once in the appartment everything was fine, but the approach and entrance is a bit off-putting.

Needed more detail on how to work heating. Very techy for the oldies but we got there in the end. Mid week parking restrictive if wanting a lie in but not needed for this trip.
