Very basic room door to bathroom didn’t fit slight damp smell to bathroom. Needed a table cleaned for breakfast staff came out with furniture polish not a cleaning cloth so had to ask for a cloth to clean the table and take the smell of the polish off. Cleaned it myself.

The family that run this hotel are fantastic, very helpful and always smiling. The rooms arevery spacious and lovely and light, everything you needed for a weekend, also comfortable. The bar is an honesty bar which is a fantastic idea! Breakfast is also lovely especially their scrambled eggs, good few choices. Walking distance into town not far at all, no complaints from us, thank you Joe & Jade for our lovely stay, I am sure we will be back at a later date, take care.

No facilities for people with disabilities, the walls are papwr thin and you could hear everyone walking in and out and the bathroom etc. The locks on the door were flimsy and at night l had to put a chair against the door to ensure no one would get in whilst we slept. There is no staff after 6pm so if anything were too happen who do we turn to. This was more of a guest house than a hotel. The staff though were great and very helpful. Good as a budget hotel but not worth a much as we paid for it. Needs a lot of reformations and especially needs to be v disabled accessible as my wife who is partially disablef found the stairs very hard. The window for breakfast was too short, 0830 to 0915, there should be a longer period say between 0700 abs 1000. There was a limited choice for breakfast it was either a choice of three cereals or a cooked ɓreakfast, there could have maybe been something lije croissants or rolls and maybe choice of meats such as ham or cheese.

Breakfast was ok but too late. Bed was comfortable and the hotel was clean.

The parking appeared difficult for some drivers to get out of, as it is hillside. I think a fan in the room would be a nice idea. Also there was only one bedside table, which is not the norm.

The hotel is an easy walk down hill, which gets you into the centre, not so much fun walking back but you get used to it The hotel was very clean and airy. Staff were very polite and friendly

I found the girl in reception very friendly. The room was clean and comfortable and the location was only a short walk from Tenby town centre. Good value.

The two staff we met here were excellent. Friendly and efficient. Breakfast was also excellent. Very good location for walking into town, only 10 minutes. All areas were clean.

Comfortable, cosy, budget-friendly. Lovely location with birdsong outside. Friendly staff and just 10 minutes to North Beach. Highly recommend!

Lack of staff presence at reception - you have to ring bell and no-one there after 20:00 (although this was flagged in advance in hotel communication). We arrived at around 20:15 and the first staff member we met was at breakfast the following morning. In fairness, no complaints about the staff members we did meet but a friendly welcome on arrival is always remembered! Although Tenby town centre is a relatively short walk away, older guests or those with reduced mobility might find the road back to hotel a little steep.
