For the price we paid for 2 nights accom breakfast should have been included.. The menu at the restaurant and bar menu were very similar and very pricey.

Our experience , the room was lovely and clean and had everything we needed. The TV was a large screen and worked. The swimming pool fascilities were great. The staff were lovely The chef did accomodate my dietry needs, as I am dairy free. The meal we did get was very nice and well presented.This actually made it for me. Therefore we would come back and stay again. A bit of luxury. Biggest issue we had was finding the hotel. Sat nav sent us all over the place. Need to review the postcode.

Our air conditioning didn’t work (on a hot day), we was kindly upgraded but unfortunately the bathroom tap was faulty and had to clean my teeth with hot water

You had to pay £10 to use the spa if you book with booking.com which should have been stated when I booked it.

The food and staff were brilliant. Rooms are nice, bathroom could do with updating.

Water in the room as opposed to searching for a dispenser, Hotel guests shouldn't be paying for use of the Pool.

This is not a budget-hotel. If it was this reviewer would not review at all or would be more forbearing. But it’s not…so I’m afraid that a room with a TV that doesn’t work properly, a toilet seat that fell off when lifted, so we had to move rooms , and breakfast which took 45 minutes to arrive (we watched it being delivered to another table, the occupants of which guzzled it without demur) just won’t do. And detritus-laden room service trays still outside rooms 12 hours + later is not a good look.

Staff are very professional and problem-solve quickly. Food is excellent.

Hotel is quite big, lots of corridors and turns and more corridors - there were very few signs - don’t know how you would find a fire exit in a hurry.

Room was clean and spacious and very practical - liked the fridge in the room with the bottles for milk and filtered water which could be refilled in the corridor. Big comfy bed, good mattress. Big car park but can fill up later in the evening.

There was no plug sockets near the mirrors in the bedroom so I had to blow dry and straighten my hair in the corridor!

The staff at Cottons are always so accommodating. Nothing is ever too much trouble. The food is faultless, the drinks at the bar are delicious, the spa facilities are dreamy, it’s just a beautiful hotel.

Easy to reach from the M6. Good sized room for a couple of nights. Staff friendly and helpful. Close to Knutsford - 25 min walk or short drive. It is on the airport flight path so some plane noise.
