Was a little difficult to check in because we didn’t read the instructions properly beforehand and hadn’t sent our ID picture.

Considerate other guests but thats out of everyones control,

Very Very clean, the only down side was that other guests were very noisy in the night having loud conversations in the hallway outside our room in the middle of the night, Great Cafe over the road for Breakfast and the Sri Lankan Restaurant was excellent also within walking distance

Very rude staff, heat was not great, I asked for 3 single beds and received 2 double which was incomfortable.

The door at the entrance of the facility was so difficult to lock up, apparently the door had a fault, the toilet seat covers were bad and the toilet was dirty. No toothpaste, shampoo or good soap in the bathroom

I didn’t like that the parking was on double yellows, that there was hairs in the bed, that there was no teaspoons for the hot drinks. Also needs black out curtains and lights to turn of on hallway, my children was up all night due to how light rooms was.

The fact the front door was open all night Curry was found in the toilet from previous guests which hadn't been removed Anyone can walk in

Sell it for what it is.

1. Not suitable for families 2. Unsafe - front door is made of ply wood. Room doors poor lock. Place smells of weed, and sweaty bodies. 3. Bookings.com mis advised 4. Not free parking. Road parking. 5. This is a dirty, cheap game night option. The end. Single guys only.

We spent there one night due to football match Liverpool - Sparta Prague and for this occasion was this accommodation perfect - location near Anfield. Next advantage is, that in front of doors is bus stop to railway station

The facilities were disgusting. Came back from a concert to find all bathrooms were no longer is use due to flooding, smashed mirrors, broken taps and no hot water. The bed placement within the room also nearly caused a fire due to the bed being pushed against a heater. I contacted the owner regarding the issues and was just replied too with negative attitude and blame towards us. I expect a refund for this stay.

Bathroom was a little small but I am 6ft 3 so that’s not the owners fault

Don’t see what all the bad reviews are about we paid £99 to be far enough away from the centre to avoid the noise but taxi was less than £15 to city centre. Rooms where adequate for the money we paid and where very clean and smelled lovely with the plug in air freshener, beds where comfy, easy access checking in and out

To start with, the advert says there is parking but there was no parking, we had to parking on the street. The image shows 3 beds in the room we booked but there were only two beds. On contacting the host, the host’s responses was that this is all they have available. The toilets were very small and the showers were not clean.

Hi in sun 9 Apr -mon 10 Apr I stay that night I want to say same thing about the accommodation service I want to complain absolutely very very dirty accommodation and the have bed bugs in the room me and wife with my 3 children we haven’t sleep that night and very where is dirty and smelling like Rubbish and I take it same pictures the room for just proof and I have some pictures for bedbugs. Communication was terrible, other guests were up all night partying, door handle fell off, showers and toilet were poor.
