The hot water wasn't hot enough for me.-.bath only running the hot was an insufficient temperature to my liking - fine for my daughter though! Noise from air in pipes woke me when a fellow guest flushed the loo at 3am! The postcode given did not take one to the right entrance. Arriving in the dark, this complicated things. It is the first right after a pub..

The location obviously is outstanding. It was an absolute pleasure to wake up, see the view and then see the castle for the first time at breakfast..The breakfast, not only has the most amazing castle view, but was delicious! I ordered Eggs Royale - my favorite! That it includes entry to the castle makes the stay good value. In winter however the falconry display is only at weekends and school holidays, so we want to go back!

2 flights of stairs to our room , apart from that it was all good.

A beautiful location, comfortable room and plenty of choice for breakfast. Easy access to the castle and grounds and we were lucky enough to have the Xmas lights show during our stay.

The only problem was that the bed was very hard so we didn't sleep well.

Had to eat at the local pub as the restaurant onsite had been privately booked, only found out by asking would have been nice to be told in advance. The nice receptionist did book a taxi for us though as it was a very wet night

Beautiful grounds, staff very friendly. Excellent breakfast choices. Room was very clean, lovely toiletries and good tea/coffee facilities including local apple juice and crisps, nice touch

Very comfortable room. Excellent staff who were very helpful. The location is wonderful. The breakfast was extremely good and the evening meal good value.

Evening meal options a bit limited.

The setting was amazing. Breakfast was excellent. Room was small but comfortable. Excellent value with breakfast included and tickets to see grounds and castle. Restaurant on site for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Beautiful grounds. Food in the restaurant was very good. Staff were very helpful and friendly throughout. Great Halloween themed events taking place during our stay really made it a special break for my son.

What a lovely property set on the beautiful grounds of Leeds Castle! Our room was in the smaller side for two people or I’d rate the facilities a “ten.” Very clean, very nice breakfast and delightful delightful staff!! Sadly, our flight for London left too early for us to walk through the castle. I’d definitely recommend and stay at this lovely place again. Don’t miss walking though the garden!

The weather was our only thing we didnt like.

Room was clean and fresh with all you need, bed was a little uncomfortable for me. Breakfast had many choices and very filling with exellent service from staff. Nice to have a good view of the castle from restaurant.

Price includes access to all areas at night and during visitors hours. Full guided tours of the castle. The staff are amazing-I’ve never seen so many people living their jobs including people you wouldn’t normally talk to or come in to contact with such as security staff, grounds staff and shop staff.

It was a little bit of a climb to the top floor with our heavy suitcases, but the charm of the place made up for the heavy lift.

An incredible location on the heart of Leeds castle grounds. It felt magical to arrive to the property. The view of the castle and grounds as you arrive is breathtaking. The rooms are super quaint and have all you require for your stay. the staff were really lovely and helpful and you have a tour of the castle included in your stay. This is very well worth doing. We loved exploring the grounds and the castle rich with history. Breakfast was really generous and the views the the castle from the main restaurant are simply spectacular.

The lighting in the courtyard at night which was addressed by us moving to the Tower.

The setting of the castle and grounds makes for a beautiful location. We transferred to the Maidens Tower from the Stable Courtyard as we found the lighting surrounding the room too bright at night as we live in a village with no street lighting. The room was very spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was good and we ate in the restaurant one evening which was very good but a little pricey on the wine. We used the castle as a base for visiting a number of other places in Kent and East Sussex and found it a good location for this.

The shower was good but tended to vary, going cold then hot, occasionally. I’m not sure if that was because we were in an attic room?

It was very quirky and felt part of the Castle. There was a lot of work to make all parts of the surroundings beautiful and interesting. A very enjoyable stay.
