Trying to change the date of arrival was virtually impossible, but got there after about 15 phone calls between the hotel and booking. Com. Very frustrating.

Not being told how to work the lift as it tools us over 10 min to work out you needed your card which we found wasn't working so we used the stairs. But then couldn't get into the room ao had to go back to reception.

The hopscotch restaurant has a very limited menu. So much so we went over to the raddisson red for our dinner. Also not having a cash bar is unacceptable. I'm not interested in it being a security thing not everybody like using cards all the time .

The rooms and the staff were amazing. I liked the fact that after the gig you gad to use your room key to get into the hotel. Great Security Can't wait for a return trip.

This hotel is the best myself and my wife have ever stayed, staff very very helpful nothing was to much room was very clean, breakfast was first class and to top it of hotel was right next to the ovo arena. If up in Scotland in future and we are going to the OVO this will always be our main stay thank you.

The bar was not well stocked due to concert previous night. They knew big concert was on for 3 nights so should have been more prepared.

Hotel was absolutely excellent. Staff were friendly and really helpful. Room clean and well equipped and the breakfast and dinner was very good and tasty. Really close to Hydro so perfect for a concert.

Can honestly say, we couldn't fault it at all.

Hotel and room far surpassed expectations based on similar priced hotels we've been to previously. Huge bed was soooo comfortable. And room was larger than expected 👍. For concerts at Hydro or SECC it's as close and convenient as can be

Perfect location, we stayed here as it was close to the hydro. Breakfast was really good, lots to choose from. Staff were very friendly and approachable. Rooms were clean and very quiet considering how busy outside can get.

Everything is great at the Courtyard. I have no adverse comments.

Unfortunately my wife was taken ill overnight prior to going to the hotel so we had to cancel. Consequently we lost all are booking. Should I have taken out booking insurance? Maybe in hind sight I should. We have are wedding anniversary coming up on the 4th May this year. Will I be booking again ?

Shower style was a big odd, the half screen just means water goes everywhere but if you throw a towel down it’s no drama

Breakfast was excellent . My daughter is a fussy eater ,to be able to get what she likes at an excellent price was brilliant. Breakfast was very relaxed and staff were friendly and helpful.The room was clean,spacious had everything we needed. We were attending a concert at the SEC and to be so close was excellent.I will definitely recommend to family and friends
