We had to ask for bathroom amenities at the reception desk. Usually they should be available by standard Restaurant closes at 9:30pm. That's early for us, should be 11pm

The hotel is very friendly, clean and comfortable. It was ideal for us as very close to our daughter"s University Nice service

Having stayed at the Marriott on several occasions, I knew what to expect from the hotel and its staff. I am a little disappointed that the cost has increased but there is nothing extra on offer.

The carpet in our room had a some stain spots that were completely inconsistent with the clean nature of everything else.

The staff were delightful from go to whoa! The room was a good size and everything was clean and new. The buffet Breakfast included plenty of options and we also enjoyed dinner in the restaurant.

There were some limited gluten free options in the restaurant but not as many as our last visit. We chose the burger, and as they didn't stock GF buns, we were given slices of GF toast in its place - ok, but not great for the price. The staff were helpful though, and tried their best.

I stay here a great deal and have returned often. Not because of the facility, bit the kindness and hospitality shown to me by the staff. I talk a great deal, as I am on my own all week, and when I chat to the staff they honestly look as if they care about what I am saying and not just being nice because it is their job. Kia, Johnathan, izzy and eilda( sorry for any wrong spelling) greet you when you arrive. Kia has always the biggest smile and they all are friendly. In the dining room you will find Marcin and all the others who are fantastic. I could go on for hours but I will leave it there.

It was all excellent.

A very nice hotel, clean and spacious room. Very good breakfast and evening meal. The staff, both at reception and in the restaurant area, are excellent and took interest in me. Pleasure to speak with. At check-in, there had been some hiccup from the booking agency but the receptionist (Ilda) was very reassuring that I would be getting a room (just when I was getting worried). I would definitely stay there again.

I put a request in (because the advertisement stated the request would be possible) for 3 x single beds - having already booked a family sized room. Your response came back stating the request had been honoured. However, when we arrived, the concierge stated that the request was not honoured and that they couldn't ever honour it. So my two Sons had to share a King size bed, whilst I had the sofa-bed (also not ideal for me because of my ulcerated ankle). I also was not awarded any Bonvoy points for being a member.

Could not pay for anything with cash. Card required even for a chocolate bar. Reception staff could be more helpful. No assistance with luggage on arrival. Staff dress code non existent with some staff wearing jeans and t shirts, very surprising given this hotel managed by Marriott.

My stay was amazing. It was myself and my son Josh who came to stay for the one night. Josh is autistic and suffers from complex epilepsy. Once the hotel found out about my son's condition they did absolutely everything to make our stay a happy and easy one. I explained my son likes a view from his room so the lady ( Kea ) on reception without hesitation said she would make a room available on the fifth floor for us which my son loved. Dining can be a daunting experience for us but we were again looked after, this time James took us and placed us in a pod on our own where we had our own TV. Josh felt safe and was relaxed. James was lovely with Josh and interacted really well with him throughout. Josh's diet can also be a stumbling block when dining out but again James along with the head chef worked with us to make something that was tailored for Josh's taste. I can't recommend this hotel enough. Our stay was amazing and we have already booked in for a further two nights next week. Thank you so much
