Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

I would suggest that the hotel makes a little clearer on third-party booking sites that the airport shuttle bus hopper takes a really long time to get to their location as it stops at 3-4 hotels on the way and that it's much better to jump into an Uber from the airport to the hotel destination as the hotel staff guided in person when we arrived
While this was a little further out from the terminal at Heathrow than I originally thought, our room was clean, the bed was comfy and importantly the room was quiet as requested. The front desk staff were helpful and the breakfast was excellent. BTW found the advice very helpful from the front desk staff at the hotel to Uber to the Elizabeth Line from Harrow & Wealdstone to Tottenham Court Road/Central London and take the same journey back to the hotel and to take an Uber from the hotel to the airport instead of using the bus hopper - the bus hopper is 6 UK pounds the Uber ride is about 9 UK pounds and much more reliable. Plan 15 mins for an Uber ride to terminal 3 for American Airlines

United KingdomWe asked for housekeeping while we were out for the morning. Got back later, no housekeeping done. Waited and waited, eventually at about 4pm they turned up, but by then it was too late. Also during our stay we had rain at night. Thought it was nice listening to the rain, until we realised it was pouring in through the top of the wall/frame. Mentioned the following morning, they sent maintenance to look at it while we were out. Apparently it wasn't leaking anymore 😕. Yes because it had stopped raining 😐. Also, please be aware that if you go to the bar for drinks, they put a service charge on, without telling you.. then when you challenge them they get arsie. 😬 When checking out we Mentioned these issues to the manager, he apologised and refunded our parking fees and breakfast, which we appreciated. If staying here, Avoid room 608. ☹️

United KingdomI was dropped off and I noticed the parking was extremely expensive £5 for just 20 minutes is extortionate. They also charge an extra £50 in case of breakages which takes about a week to refund, I can't remember seeing that information when booking.

AustraliaThe bathroom/shower lacked privacy due to a frosted glass surround. The carpet was stained and the room smelled of curry. I had requested information on long term parking when I booked but I received no response until check in, by which time I had organised an alternative option.
The bed was very comfortable and our room was very quiet despite the proximity to Heathrow. Being close to the airport was also excellent. The rooftop bar was fun and the service there excellent.
