Could have done with hooks or something to hang wet towels

Although nearby road was very busy because the apartment was tucked away didn't hear the traffic. Belper lovely little town with plenty of options for going out in the evening. Very convenient location for us to see all the relatives .

Only slight downside was the fact that the bedroom in apartment 3 looked out onto the square and road and was a little noisy with traffic in the morning, Earplugs fixed that for a long lie!

Lovely central location in Belper. Well appointed flats (we were spread across apartments 2 and 3), absolutely everything had been thought of by Sue. Lovely and clean.

There are 2 flights of stairs, one spiral, to enter the apartment and potential customers should be aware of this. Not suitable for anyone with a mobility or heart problem

The apartment was very well situated within walking distance of cafes restaurants, train, buses, carpark. It was very comfortable and well equipped. The host was always available to give advice and help. lovely views from the windows

Access is via an external staircase and there are steps inside so they wouldn't suit anyone with mobility problems.

Set right in the heart of Belper these recently refurbished apartments are spacious and exceptionally well equipped. The hosts are extremely helpful, parking is nearby. What's not to like?

Modern clean and well presented Comfy bed. Good range of equipment in kitchen Nice touch to have fresh milk, juice, biscuits, wine, tea coffee etc. Great info on places to dine etc

We didn't have local, live TV. Streaming can be time-consuming. Tumble dryer rather than mini-dishwasher would have helped, as dishwasher wasn't much use. A lot of stairs to climb. Okay for the younger ones, not so much for the older ones, but the apartment more than made up for the stairs!

Host, Susan communicated well. Did walk-through and explained everything well. Wonderful host. She tried to think of everything to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We appreciated the efforts.

No on-site parking, although there is a free car park opposite the property. Apartment is on the second floor so two sets of stairs to negotiate with cases etc. the first set being spiral steps on the outside of the building.

Lovely apartment in a great location to access all the facilities of Belper town. Free parking a couple of minutes walk from the apartment. Host Susan was there to meet us on arrival and made us feel very welcome. The apartment was very clean and tastefully decorated. Everything we needed for our short stay was provided.

There are lots of stairs up to the flat. I got a bit fitter!

Beautiful, comfortable and clean flat with lots of lovely little touches from the kind and thoughtful owner. I wish I could stay here every time I visited Belper.
