We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

BangladeshThe heater was terrible and it took the host ages to respond to our queries. We even called the booking.com’s customer care to contact the property. Even they couldn’t reach him. We boarded the plane without being sure if we genuinely had a place to stay that we paid for in advance. Be watchful when you roam around the area later in the evening. Felt a tad bit unsafe.
Located about 15 minutes walk away from the Elizabeth line that connects you to the center and the airport. It makes this extremely budget-friendly and practical. They also have a push on shower in the toilet so that makes things quite pleasant for people from Muslim countries.

Japan(1) It is not easy to find house at night (I passed at first). Instruction to enter the house was not sent to me, and might not informed in WEB. No one came by door bell. So finally called to manager, and found information. Then I did not identify my room since no number is shown for guest. So I asked again. (2) Key instruction was need to open my room door (not simple). So I asked again. Generally overall instruction to reach/enter house and room should be distributed before by mail. (3) I think heater (steam ?) did not work while I dialed. I slept with additional shirts. (4) Light switch was not easily found out in midnight.
It is quiet around. Reasonable cost due to far from station. Clean room. Good bed.
