There wasn't washing up liquid to do the washing up so we just used hot water. And would of liked some surface spray so we could of wiped the sides down to leave it clean. Also some hand wash in the bathroom would of been nice too.

The toilet seat was broke when we got there and the landlord came straight away and offered to replace it. He also showed us how to do the heating and work the TV. Very nice, polite guy. Apartment was clean. And perfect location for us to get an uber into the city centre. Tea, coffee and milk was also there when we got there.

The front door was awful, if this were an elderly couple I couldn't imagine they'd be able to even get into the property! The owners also are clearly aware of it as the instructions for getting inside had been pre-written, it seriously needs addressing. The bottle of soap in the bathroom was blatantly previously empty and had been filled with a bit of water and shaken around.

It was clean, the amenities were all there, The staff were very friendly and responsive to my messaging. For the price that this was it was absolutely worth it

Need to get TV working.

Brilliant apartment - only 5 minutes walk to get the bus into the centre of Bristol. Facilities were excellent- the only downside we couldn’t get the TV to work. The host gave lots of information about flat access and parking. We enjoyed our stay.

The bathroom tap could do with the fitting being tightened and we had to scrub the mugs which were very tea stained. (They are clean now!)

Great apartment with good facilities and certainly better value for a family of five instead of a couple of hotel rooms. The beds were surprisingly comfortable and the sofa was really good quality and very supportive.

Location seemed a bit strange on arrival then felt ok. Television channels didn’t come as message showing No cables connected. Metal structure beds can be uncomfortable for heavy person!!

Their was only enough cutlery and plates for 4 people although 6 in our party. No tray to cook food on in the oven. Sofa bed was hard uncomfortable and only really big enough for one person.

Lovely Modern flat, clean place. Parking included. Easy to find. Lighting good with colour light bulb in lamp with a remote.

Could have benefitted from different pillows or perhaps some spare ones. I noticed there weren't any sharp kitchen knives either, but we didn't prepare any meals so it wasn't an issue.

The bathrooms and kitchen, bedding and furniture were all clean, however the floor wasn’t. There were spills, rubbish and marks on the floors in the living room and both bedrooms. Even a piece of chewing gum on one of the bedroom windowsill. We contacted the property management and they apologised, but it did tarnish the stay. And the beds are really too soft to bed comfortable.

Good size for 5 adults overnight. Great facilities- washing machine, iron, ironing board etc. Nicely decorated.

Was advertised as sleeps 5 but I think sleeps 4 would be more appropriate as the sofa bed wasn’t very spacious.

I like the modern decor as well as the location to the centre and harbour side.

I wasn't quite prepared for the entrance being inside a fenced off commercial yard. Perhaps a little more warning, maybe in the photos and I would have been more confident I was in the right place. But as the gates weren't fully open and there was no number over the front door, so wasn't entirely sure I was in the right place until I re-read the arrival instructions.

A great flat, spacious, well equiped, clean and obviously recently refurbished. Everything we needed for our stopover in Bristol. Having off street parking was fantastic

The beds were very uncomfortable so two of us slept on the sofa bed. We were woken up by strangers who entered the apartment "by mistake." So, they apologized and left the apartment. During our stay, there were people partying next door and it was really loud.

Didn't have basic things like shampoo, hand soap etc in the bathrooms.

Clean and basic apartment. Perfect for a night after a concert when you just need a place to lay your head.
