One of the mattresses on the bed had a sunken middle. It didn’t matter to me because I didn’t use it, but it will need replacement for any guest sleeping in it.

Responsive and friendly host who I spoke to over the phone. The facility was spotless. Fully stocked kitchen for breakfast, hot drinks and snacks. The room was comfortable, had a heater, towels and hangers were provided for. It was a walking distance to Liverpool university hospital.

One thing that could be useful to have is the toilet brush in the toilet.

Nice little cosy bed and breakfast place close to downtown. Warm rooms with working radiators and big screen TVs. Very clean throughout, with food and drinks stocked up in the kitchen. Great value for the budget!

In one of the two (? possibly more) bathrooms, I felt obliged to lower the window blinds every time when using the toilet because the window glass is not opaque. Also, I wasn't sure whether shampoo was available although shower gel certainly was.

An excellent stay, I don't have a single complaint. The room was provided with an effective heater, keeping it warm during night. There is a kitchen downstairs with fruits, yoghurt, milk, cereals, and cookies for breakfast, as well as a kettle and tea bags, toaster, bread and various spreads. The hosts responded to all queries very promptly and helpfully. The location is just a few minutes on foot from shops and the University of Liverpool campus. Across the road there's currently the demolition site of the old Royal Hospital but somehow there wasn't much (if any) noise despite the works.h (if any) noise despite the works.

No facilities to sit down and eat breakfast due to the limited space and building layout.

Location a bit far out from city centre. Breakfast self service options were quite extensive although almost all " cold " options.

Not enough plugs in room. I took an extension cable with me so was fine.

Really chilled. Bed was really comfy. Plenty mirrors for getting ready. Bathrooms were shared but could always get in no bother. Staff were very friendly.

We did have to go down 3 flights to get to the toilet at night and 4 flights for a cuppa but we managed fine.

We liked the shared kitchen and bathroom. Yogurts, cereal, tea and coffee all available in the shared kitchen. Large and clean shared bathroom. Large attic room with large TV and two heaters.

Overall a great place to stay. Would certainly use again. Comfy, clean, warm, quiet with friendly and helpful staff. Supermarket and plenty of places to eat... nearby. A short walk to the main part of the city centre. Anfield also well within walking distance.

The location is excellent as it allows easy connection to the public transportation system. The attention was very pleasant and it was like being at home. Very pleasant stay and Danny was very attentive and friendly to meet any requirement, I really enjoyed my stay at Cozy.

Nothing bad, great value for what you’re getting

Danny the host was excellent and communicative throughout and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. The same goes for the other staff we dealt with. Rooms are cosy and beds are comfy. Snacks etc provided was nice touch and the overall value for the price is hard to argue with.

It’s a bit noisy outside if you have street view due to construction, shared bathroom is on different floors with rooms so be ready to go here and there.
