Great breakfast and host, accommodation limited but just what we wanted from somewhere to stay.

Ceiling too low and issue with low beam -ouch! several times but we were warned. Anyone over 5ft might have issues if you wanted to use the room for more than sleeping - we didn't so ok. Stairs also steep and narrow. No milk in room but we could have got from kitchen if we'd wanted to.

Breakfast was really good, location was exactly as required for comfortable place to sleep at end of day. Shower was excellent. Hosts friendly and accommodating.

The breakfast was delicious… home made bread and jam, and granola. We were given advice on where to ear, catch buses etc. The room was cosy.

Nothing really. Sat nav firstly took me to a similar address in a village further outside Wallingford but was helped by a local man.

Very friendly owners. Offered me a cuppa as soon as I arrived. Comfortable bed and shower easy to use.

I banged my head a couple of times on the beams, but I can't complain as I had been warned!!

Cranberry Cottage is a delightful characterful property, really conveniently situated minutes from the centre of Wallingford. Sue and Brendan were very friendly and welcoming and the room was beautifully furnished, spotlessly clean and extremely comfortable. Breakfast in the lovely farmhouse kitchen was brilliant and I especially enjoyed Sue's amazing home-made bread and jams.

The hosts were extremely relaxed even though we turned-up at a different time to the one we'd stated. The home-made, wheat-free granola was delicious and much appreciated. Can I have the recipe?

We loved the location, as it was a short walk to the centre of town and local pubs. The hosts Sue and Brendon were amazing. Breakfast was fresh and hit the spot each morning. Our room is lovely and felt right at home.

Only just enough room in the shower room and you do have to watch out not to hit your head on the beam in the bedroom.

Maybe the location of BnB itself could have been signposted as we could not find it when we arrived at our destination.

Not that we didn’t like it but do ask Sue where to park your car. It’s not immediately obvious.

Breakfast was ample. Not a cooked one but mostly homemade items. Delicious bread and jam. We were left to eat in privacy, Sue came to see us later. Adorable, higgledy piggledy house, tastefully furnished. Welcoming hostess.

Despite being warned about the low beam in the bedroom I still managed to bump my head - entirely my own fault of course!

Sue ans Brendan are very friendly hosts who made me feel very much at home. The home made bread and preserves for breakfast were delicious. The bed was very comfortable so overall an excellent stay.
