No ability to wash clothes. Had been travelling for a couple of weeks from overseas and found it really inconvenient to have to use a laundromat some distance away.

Central and convenient location. Easy walk to the sights of Bath. Lovely house keeping staff. Great breakfast with range of choices.

One tiny thing to be aware of is that the shower is small. The bathroom is well-designed, though.

The breakfast was cooked on the spot and absolutely delicious, with quality ingredients. The chef and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. The whole place was very fresh and clean. There is a nice sitting room in the front of the house for guests to use which was very pleasant to sit in.

The bedside lights were not very good. I couldn’t read. I think it’s the economy bulbs that are the problem.

Didn’t affect us on this trip but traffic noise is loud when windows are open. This is not an issue during the cooler months but may be an issue during the warmer months.

Beautiful property with extremely attentive and welcoming staff and delicious breakfast located near city centre. Extremely clean. Comfortable, communal living area/lounge. Public carpark a short walk away.

Noisy. You can hear birds early in the morning and also someone upstairs woke up at 6am and was also noisy stomping on the floor.

Contrary to what is listed in Booking, there is no parking available at this location. Yes, there is a big parking lot just behind the buildings, but it costs £17/day (April 2024)

The room was small but very clean. The neighborhood was nice and quiet and at walkable distance from the city centre. We had a nice breakfast the next morning and a nice chat with the lady that attended us (earlier than the normal breakfast schedule). We were able to leave our luggage in the living room while visiting the city.

Monica and all the other staf were so friendly. Nothing was to much. Really great breakfast, clean room and inly 10 minutes walk to the center. 2 Crescent Gardens mas my short trip to Bath really great!

A minor difficulty with working the tv- some instructions might be helpful for us less technologically savvy! But really not a massive issue.

Really comfortable rooms, lots of space, wonderful living room to sit in, amazingly tasty and generous portions for breakfast. Staff were super friendly, the location was fantastic. It was clean throughout and the decor and pictures on the walls were fantastic. We both want to return!

I've stayed in many guest houses of this high quality standard and this one did not disappoint. For the comfort of future guests who might consider staying here, here's a couple of suggestions to make their stay more enjoyable. A box of tissues and a face cloth in the bathroom and brighter lights in the bedside tables for reading. Small details that guests appreciate. Overall my stay was quite enjoyable.

The beds were very comfortable and the rooms nicely decorated. The breakfast was copious and cooked on the spot by a friendly gentleman. The location was ideal to visit the stunning city of Bath.
