We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomDrink prices are a bit ott. Bed wasn't comfortable at all. Leisure facilities are vague, very small jacuzzi, struggle to get loungers. Couple next to me waited over an hour for their food, I ordered after them and finished just as theirs arrived, didn't affect me but it was uncomfortable...I felt sorry for them!! Sadly not sure I would rush back, it's local to me and there are cheaper, better equipped spas within equal distance!!!
