The floorboards upstairs were so creaky that anytime someone upstairs moved we were woken up. The mattress was old and could do with being replaced. 1 shower shared between 4 rooms so we often had to wait to use it.

Good value for money. Very close to the bus stop with regular buses and within walking distance of town too. Close to supermarket and pharmacies etc. Clean, kitchen facilities were good. Parking spaces available. Hosts in good contact prior.

Basic breakfast options of Cereals, coffee tea and milk were available. Very much satisfied. I would definitely recommend it to others.

the beds were uncomfortable and the walls were very very thin

Some of the guests were quite loud and up until very late. Once the individuals left, it was better, but it did take away from it a bit. This is not the fault of the B&B however. All the other guests were very respectful and nice.

It was really well located and in a more local area. Very comfortable, and they were so nice and helpful. The room had lots of space and TV with Netflix, etc., the bathroom was clean and easy to use, and there was a kitchen for use which made it feel quite homey.

The main door lock is difficult to close so is so noisy and the mattress of my bed was so uncomfortable, the mattress is so hard.

My room was very clean and tidy, I had clean towels and a hair drier too, very organised with self check-in and check-out system

The shower can be adjusted a little bit. Need to wait atleast 5min for the hot water.

The location is excellent, bus stop is right outside the room just a 2min walk. There are continuous buses to center. For a couple of nights stay, the room is excellent and has all the basic needs. I would suggest this one if you are planning to stay for a couple of nights in belfast.

The toilet on the ground floor always got clogged so that couldn't be used most of the time. This left only one bathroom on the first floor that had to be shared between 4 rooms.

Neat and clean, easy to get to the city centre and convenient as there are shops nearby. The owner was quick to respond and very accommodating, good service!

It was few leftover food out of date left in fridge probably by previous tenants .

Heating didn’t work on the first night, but this was rectified for the rest of our stay once I contacted the owner.

Nice and clean, suited our needs. Would definitely consider booking again.

Just no hand towels in bathrooms & the hand wash dispensers were running a bit low.

Nice, comfortable & reasonably priced, everything we needed.. Communication with the host was quite good. The cleaners were in every day & friendly & hard working. Very handy for shops & City Centre only about 10/15 minutes walk away. We found the whole city friendly with lots to do & see, like the bus tour, comedy shows & a great variety of food. (We were told not to walk around Shankill road & Falls road after dark, so we got taxis & there were lots of buses with a stop near).

Nothing, there was everything we needed at the townhouse for our stay

Just right for our short stay, comfortable clean bedroom shared facilities no problem, on the bus route for getting around excellent price

The mattress wasn't the best, but for a short amount of time it's tolerable.

It's close enough to the centre so that you can get anywhere you like without having to drive for hours. Everything you need (bus stops & supermarkets) is near. The internet was also good.
