Only one thing, the bathroom was a bit snug.

Comfortable bed, was a good location for where I needed to be. It was very quiet over night. There are frequent bus services a few minutes walk away and a 24 hour Asda!

Didn’t realise no parking on site meant no parking anywhere near really. Window blinds didn’t work properly. Bed not that comfy. Bathroom needs updating and or maintenance. Missing grout, loose tiles

Easy to get to. Convenient for the price. We may stay in town next time.

The only downside that we had was the people staying next to us and above us. They were very loud all night long. Shouting at each other across the corridor (outside everyone's rooms) and constantly banging and sliding the wardrobe doors. The children were also running around and shouting very late at night (we have children ourselves) and this meant we had barely any sleep considering we were catching a flight in the early hours of the morning. I understand this isn't the hotel owners fault, but if you're looking for somewhere 'quiet' and this probably isn't the best hotel as walls are extremely thin, and we could hear every jump and movement above us.

The hotel itself was very clean and ideal for stopping for a few nights. We chose this hotel because of the location as we needed to catch a flight early the next morning. The room itself was immaculate and the bed was fair, it was just a little short for my partner who is quite tall.

The room could have been a little larger

A lot of details were looked after. Many and different lightings, a pair of different outlets with USB port, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, microwave, electric stove, kettle, extendable table, extended window sill, enough milk+coffee+sugar for the duration of our stay, fridge, plates+cutlery+mugs+pots - in short, everything a traveller would need, incl. soap and dishwashing liquid. Very thoughtful and complete.

Hairs found on both the bed and pillows in the hotel room, which leads me to suspect that they haven't changed the sheets. Also, no hair dryer provided.

It could have been cleaned better. The bedding and living room table had a few residue on it, there was hair inside the toilet, and a few spider webs on the bedroom curtain. Also, the staff seemed irritated and was not welcoming when I called then to say I didn't receive information about how to access my room.

All really good. Only complaint is door entry system is a tad on the loud side. (If looking for early night)

Staff wasn't helpful. No tv arieral, had buy one to watch TV. Floor was dirty as was the plates in cupboard. Had to buy pillows as we were only given 1 each. No restaurants or pubs close by unless you drove there..

The only thing I did not like was the way the building looked on the outside! Looked very dirty on the outside like an abandoned building! I thought I was in the wrong place! However, the inside was nothing like the outer part of the building!

Key code door we thought there was only 1 door the main one to get in and our key code wouldn’t work lucky there was someone else trying to get in let us in and we didn’t realise until we where leaving there was another door to the side what our key code worked on

Late booking due to cancelled trains led us to this last minute property. Having to access the property through key coded gates late at night when it was dark was frustrating. Had to ring the staff to talk us through getting in the gate on phone as no one available at 10pm. The property was a lot further than stated from Edinburgh station. Disappointing first impression from the front.

The room was, clean and comfortable despite bathroom being extremely small. There was clean towels, tea and coffee provided. Also cooking facilities available, microwave and fridge. Probably value for money being in Edinburgh
