It needs to be updated. It was fine for what we needed it for, but some parking for the hotel would be great and cleaner rooms..better decor could make this hotel more desirable x

It was a walk away from a family surprise birthday. So for me it was ideal

Wardrobe not useable upon arrival had no where to hang my clothes until the manager had found a hanging rail to put in! Also no breakfast available had to go into the high street to eat

Room was cold, had a little electric heater in that didn’t warm the room . In the morning the shower was cold & wouldn’t get hot . Not good when getting up early to go to work . Room 8

Bad plumbing in our room. Sink Taps make a horrendous vibrating noise when you use the shower or toilet. Only resolved my opening the tap and closing again which is difficult when you are in the shower. Shower always running hot with no control and very weak flow. Needs a plumber asap. Could not let staff know because we checked out 7:30 and no staff were present.

The shower leaked everywhere, There was so much dust everywhere Still had the sticker holding the toilet lid up from covid

The bed was comfy, and the shower was red-hot after you ran it for a few minutes. The location was good !

There was not hot water so I couldn’t use the shower I did ask and was told it will warm but but it never did even the next day it was still cold we couldn’t eat at the pub either but the bar lady recommended a place across the road

Unfortunately the property looks very tired, worn and old ! Understanding it was a MotoGP weekend it was very expensive !!!

Just a few things to fix (doesn't feel like it would be too hard to improve) - curtains too small for the windows, so don't begin to block out the light, all the doors slam aggressively, the mattress sloped into the middle of the bed, paper thin walls.

It's reasonably inexpensive, central location, a nice building with all amenities that you'd want

It was rather dirty, flies in room as I walked in, table in room was totally broken, old coffee tea and sugar sachets were left at bottom of tray, whole room needs a makeover and the noise from other rooms you could hear all through the night.

Room tiny! Given a room in The Coach House in a courtyard outside of the hotel building. Room width is width of the double bed plus 2 bedside tables, each squashed between the side walls and the bed. Length is length of the bed plus 1 metre. No other furniture: no seats, no desk/table, no hairdryer and nowhere to put the dog's bed due to lack of floor space. Hotel, itself, dowdy and unwelcoming and hugely outdated. Appears not to have been redecorated since the 1970s.

This is a sad and tired building. Has so much potential being such an aged building, just needs some TLC and cash injection. Could do with a fresh coat of paint etc as wallpaper peeling from walls and a bit of a spruce up of bathroom. I appreciate that due to the age of the building, floors are uneven and rooms are oddly shaped and there may be restrictions to the work being done.

Lovely welcoming reception from staff member. Very friendly and helpful in recommendations for food. Shower in enquire was unexpectedly powerful. Efforts were made to freshen room by having window open and clean towels and bedding. Evident that they are trying
