I got room no 229 and it was noisy from the staff who were in the very next door.

Bed was comfortable but felt like it was to easy to slide off the edge. Swimming pool could do with more greenery - ie tropical palm plants even of artificial. Missing relaxation beds in the spa.

Lift not working , and breakfast was very unorganised . Had cold plates , long wait for food to appear , then was cold by time we got back to our table

Front of house staff were lovely , very efficient on booking in. Room was nice , clean and quiet.

Probably nitpicking here but the room was very small especially for what they are charging. Would have expected the room to be much bigger and felt a little congested.

The staff were great and helpful. We loved the facilities especially the fresh towels provided every time you visit the pool which was a nice touch.

The breakfast was 3/10 - no sausages, mushrooms, brown sauce, red sauce and the fried eggs were cold. All this at 930am - mid point into breakfast - one person serving tables then at 1030am - at least four people serving tables - scheduling issue?

We stayed at the hotel with two children and really enjoyed our stay. Wonderful facilities (a nice swimming-pool, sauna and a steam room). A great choice of food for breakfast and very comfy beds, slept like babies.

The area from the female changing room to the swimming pool area, needs attention. The walls are peeling and have been in my last few visits. It needs refreshing and repainting, as it brings the standard down a bit, as if doesn't look nice at all. This is a pet friendly hotel and there were a little too many dogs for my liking on this occasion. Sometimes barking loudly.

Lovely relaxed environment in the bar area. The live music was good. The bed was comfortable. Nice smell as you enter the hotel reception space. The sauna steam and hot tub/jacuzzi are great.

The spa facilities had different open and close timings to what was stated on website. I understand its a festive period but this should have been updated.

Coffee machine at breakfast area had issues. (But nice staff member fixed it). Third bed was not in the room when we arrived. Staff unaware. Not nice. After first night, our beds were not made, towels not changed, room not serviced at all. Seems we were forgotten.

The restaurants food prices were quite expensive for the quality. I was expecting better food for the price but the overall the food was still enjoyable

Spa facilities were great open from early and all day, nice and clean also robes and towels etc provided. Good breakfast and room was nice modern and clean. Would recommended and would visit again in the future.

The breakfast, for the most part, was good. A very decent selection to choose from. The only negatives were the hash browns and the bacon - they were quite oily and tasted a bit stale. Unfortunately, checking out wasn't great. There was a sizeable que, and in the end, I had to leave my card on the side, as there just wasn't time to wait any longer. Another member of staff would have been helpful.

Loved the room- it was cosy, but not too small; clean and the bed was deliciously comfortable. We slept really well! The hotel itself - what we saw of it- was lovely. The Christmas decorations were simple, beautiful and gave just the right festive vibe.
