The only slight issue was the shower head in the bathroom wasn't that great but otherwise all good. This comment is true of all hotels, but it would be great if they could provide alternatives to full fat/semi fat milk in the rooms ie lactose free as an example. Also same for yoghurt offerings at breakfast.

We stayed for two nights had had access to the Club Lounge which we used on the second night. Staff friendly and efficient. Room was perfect for what we needed.

Only bad point was the telivison was nt working properly .

Everything about my stay was really good the room was clean and the bed was cumfy . Good sized shower room and lots off waredrobe space . And the breckfast was very good .

Interconnecting rooms perfect for a family. Nice cot bed for the little one. Great staff. Very helpful.

My only 2 small issues were that the shower in our room wasn't very powerful, however, we loved the soaps. Breakfast was great, however it would have been nice as a vegan to have had vegan sausages available on the buffet rather than having to request separately and something like a tofu scramble, these are minor things however.

My request for early check-in was accommodated for, the room was lovely and clean and the staff were all amazing. I give that top marks.

Facilities are good but the gym equipment would benefit from servicing - however a very minor grumble.

The staff at Leeds Crowne Plaza are exceptional- warm, polite, helpful. They went out of their way to make our stay for the Leeds marathon go as seamlessly as possible.

The heating was not working and was told that I someone would look into it but no one did. House keeping supplied a heater and I was truly grateful The only other thing I wanted a hot bath but the water was not hot enough

The receptionist was very understanding to my needs I had a stroke and at times my body shuts down so I needed extra time. Thank you

The pillows were so uncomfortable- I wish I had called down to reception to see if I could change them as I just didn’t get a great sleep because of them. They were too soft. One was too little and 2 was too much

The hotel was great, having access to the club lounge and being able to just sit and relax before heading out for dinner was great. Having the pool facilities was great too.

Bathroom was a little tired and old fashioned. Out of sync with the rest of the property. Pool, sauna and changing rooms whilst clean are in need of a bit of TLC- few cracked tiles, old fashioned showers, etc.

Gym/ Pool facilities were great for such a central hotel. Room was very good; large, comfortable with everything I would expect and needed. Breakfast very pleasant with plenty of variety and very tasty.

Too warm in restaurant at breakfast. Bathroom needs a bit of attention. Tap fitting on bath very loose, plug not working properly. Check in v slow as only one staff on desk. Having to pay extra for parking.

We had an issue with TV in our room which wouldn't allow us to watch certain channels and kept crashing. Also would have preferred more pillows. Only 3 pillows per double bed and no spares. Not big issues but would have made our stay a little more pleasant.

Lovely hotel. Spacious rooms. Bar area very relaxed atmosphere. Friendly, helpful staff. Great quiet location. Only 10min walk into city centre.

No boiled egg option at breakfast otherwise excellent shower to slow,not much water pressure, and very small If you are a larger person it' would be a squeeze to get showered Uncomfortable bed but that may be just me not sleeping in my own bed

The room was too hot and so was the hotel in general. We needed to open a window in the bedroom and we couldn't turn down the thermostat.
