Very limited menu in the restaurant, door card kept deactivating even though nowhere near phone.

Booked a superior room but disappointed with size. Breakfast ok, could do with more fresh choices like fresh fruit and pastries.

Was loud droning noise coming from below my window from 6am to 8.45 am on Sunday morning. Did report to receptionist,but no more was said about. It. Been to this hotel a good few times now but this noise did spoil my Sunday morning on this occasion.

One of our room was very cold and difficult to heat it up especially in bathroom, 125 room. The water pressure in a sink or shower is quite low...but fine for one night. I would remove those covid era glass protections at reception or bar, outdated already....looks like ordering drinks or check in at some hostel...😜

The location, nice rooms, nicely decorated and clean...the beds were very comfy, WiFi nice too...the heating was generally very good...and the room view very nice too

Sadly because I was at what I assume is the extention of the older building the walls are very very thin. I could hear my neighbours having conversations, using the bathrooms etc. luckily I sleep with ear plugs but it might be a suggestion to include these in the rooms.

Room we stayed in was not soundproofed. We could hear a neighbour coughing, talking, walking up and down and their alarm going off in the morning - as close as if they were in our bathroom. We found Restaurant food was average and a bit expensive for what it was

Central for highlands travelling. Nice views over the lake from the front (shame our room view was onto a flat roof) Really clean and well decorated. Helpful staff Great room size Comfy bed Breakfast was basic but fine - would have liked a little more choice.

This hotel is an old converted house so…. If your a light sleeper please be aware the walls are not soundproofed and you can here next door to you if their talking or using the hair dryer You can hear floor movements just being an old building Floor 3 has a lovely room however be aware the air duct from the kitchen is outside your window and you can again if” your a light sleeper can hear the fan. The evening meals are ok Lasagne was dry and certainly worth nearly £20 alone I would have raised these points on check out but no one was at the reception when we left.

We stopped at this hotel 2 yrs ago and loved it and had no concerns at all, but this year was different. We were in room 132 and the water pressure for the shower and also the basin was terrible. We also had a "snorer" which wasn't good., but that isn't anything the hotel can control.

All the staff we met were lovely, but especially Syed on the Sunday morning in the restaurant, he was lovely and made you feel special when chatting to you.

Only one thing we think a traditional Scottish hotel should always have tattie scones & Haggis at breakfast! Pint of larger named after Hotel was vile don’t know if it was off or not but taste was awful.
