SloveniaDidn't like the location of it. Tram was too far away for me and bus station had only one bus that was very late and to expensive. At the and we mostly used Bolt, since it was only 3EUR more expensive, but a lot more convenient. Also didn't like the neighborhood and on last night someone tried to enter our room multiple times and that was a little bit uncomfortable and we were excited to leave in the morning
The apartment was overall good. It was clean and the owner was very nice.

United KingdomI tried to call the property to ensure everything would still go to plan as we were travelling 2 and half hours to Manchester. I had no response or no call back. We arrived at the accommodation and checked in at around 3pm. The place was basic but smelled clean and fresh so we couldn’t complain, the bathroom was shared with other guests but again it smelled fresh we didn’t complain. As we got into our tiny and I mean tiny box of a room we put our suitcases into the cupboard and sat down on the bed. My sister noticed a tiny ant running across her shoe but not to worry we thought she’d just brought it in on her trainer. We was in the property no longer than 15 minutes before we headed into Manchester, the centre was around a 30 min walk but it was nice weather we didn’t mind! We had a brilliant time in Manchester and made it back to the accommodation at around 9:30. As soon as we walked into our room my sister screamed as they were ants crawling everywhere! The place was swarmed with ants coming from a crack in the skirting. I rang the host and he SHOUTED at me down the phone blaming us for bringing the ants in and we must have had them in our luggage. He said we were lying and they’ve never had ants and their place is clean. I was so shocked by the way he had spoken to me I started to cry. He then ended the phone on me so I immediately rang booking.com I explained what had happened and had sent videos of the ant invested room. I then got a text from the host saying someone would be with me within 1 hour. An hour and half later a lady turned up she banged on our door, we let her in and she’s shouting “I can’t see no ants you are lying I see no ants” “I see 1 or 2 you must have brought them in” she then proceeded to get onto the floor as I showed her exactly where the ants were coming from they were crawling all over me and her .
I booked this property in September 2023 ready for a concert at Co-Op live in May 2024. The concert was cancelled however I had already paid £160 for this accommodation and there was no way of us getting a refund. So me and my younger sister decided we would still go ahead with the weekend.

Beautiful, spacious and spotless.It really is home from home, everything you might need.secure comfy, and although it's a shared house, whilst I was there at least it was like the house was just for me, you have a t.v in your room with all streaming service i.e Netflix ect. Also same goes for the communal lounge/ dining area.so you don't really need to see anyone unless you choose. ½ bathroom downstairs, a full very large bathroom upstairs with bath and shower.patio doors onto the garden, reclining seats on the sofa. Separate dining area, really nice place to stay, you really couldn't want for anything whilst your there, and just incase you do the staff are just a quick call or tx away. I can see why they. Are always booked out, shooting myself in the foot with this review, it's already difficult to get a week at a time unless I book weeks in advance 😃 10/10 alday

ColombiaWe got to the city really early in the morning and it was raining a lot. I wrote to the owner if it was possible to leave the bags we had with us, he told us he didn’t offer that service and he didn’t have enough space. Something that was a lie having into account it’s a huge house with a store under the stairs!!! It’s been more than 10 years travelling and the first time a host doesn’t allow me to leave my bag before checking it. I’m also sure they live around the corner. They just didn’t want to help. The owner offers me an earlier check in for an extra charge!
It’s a good place, it’s clean, common areas very big.

United KingdomWe were in room 13 Which was basically a box room with a double bed quashed in No room to move around Bed pushed up against window, which meant that you had to climb on bed to open the blinds Also the bed was very uncomfortable I suspect that the frame was broken No tv in room The next night we were moved to room 12 which was fantastic No key in the back door which leads into the garden So door was permanently locked In case of fire there was no exit

PolandThe owner was not bothered to ask next room guest to turn down music at 6am morning. He said it was our problem to deal with and was upset as I disturbed his sleep. The funny thing is I only booked this property to get some sleep and go back to work and with the noise from the next door, and the way host deal with it was absolutely disgusting. I had to handle the situation myself, which was the last thing I wanted to do after a long night shift, but frankly not worthy, walls also are extremely thin and you can hear next door guests’ whisper. Also they promised me room keys to be in the drawer, however no such keys were provided. Rooms are tiny and the host is unpleasant. Not recommended
