Unfortunately, I couldn't stay long. I just stayed 1 day, but I find the room great. The bed was very comfortable and everyone was gentle. The position is great!! I will come again to London and I will book again here, for sure!

Stray hairs were in the shower and in the bed which I didn’t like, also no place to store luggage apart from the reception which didn’t feel safe, the smelly shower wasn’t ideal too, I know you had a cover but even still that’s not very good

Really close to St Pancras, only a 10 minute fast walk, bed was actually really comfy as were the pillows and I like that we had extra toilet roll because usually hotels are super stingey and we run out

We were on the top floor. We arrived at 10 pm and had been provided with the door access code. Fortunately we travelled with carry-on and back packs because the entrance is tiny and awkward to get your room key. Then we realized we were on the top floor and there are no lifts/elevators. Not all guests will be able to manage their luggage so please take this into consideration. The Nespresso machine leaked but I was able to get a cup of coffee in the morning. We never saw any staff while we were there overnight.

It was an easy walk from St Pancras International. The streets seemed safe as we arrived late. In the morning, we were able to walk to Waitrose to get some food and then get on the bus to get to Waterloo station. The room was small but clean/functional/comfortable. There was a large desk, a small fridge and a Nespresso machine. When the windows are open, you can hear the street noise but it was fairly quiet overnight.

The position is great (10 min walking from King's Cross), but the room was not so clean... actually, I'm not quite sure they gave us the luxury room we had booked. However, our stay was good.

Carrying bags up multiple flights of stairs; this is not uncommon in England Room was quite warm, but it was hard to leave the windows open due to noise from local pubs and restaurants

The manager was very friendly and efficient, he quickly replaced the hairdryer when he was notified it didn't work. Good location to access the city and public transport. Easy to walk to from St Pancras to Kings Cross Station. Close to shopping cent. The room had a small bar fridge which allowed us to self cater for breakfast.

Nothing bad to say, everything was up to our expectations considering this is a budget-friendly hotel. I've stayed in other similar hotels in the area and this is the best one by far. If you're going to be picky about where you're staying in London, you know you have to pay a much higher price tag - if all you need is a clean room with a comfy bed and a working shower in a good location, this is definitely one of the best options out there.

Hassan, the member of staff who received us, was very kind and friendly - he even allowed us to enter our room one hour before the official check-in which was extremely helpful. The location is superb, a quiet street in a residential area just two blocks away from St Pancras, King's Cross and Euston stations, and also within walking distance to Russell Square tube station. The room was very comfortable, clean, modern and it had everything we needed for one night, including free coffee and tea with milk and sugar, and even a little fridge!

To get into London you do need to catch the metro but there’s certainly things around that area with a bit of walking.

No aircon - just a fan which didn't really do much to keep the room cool at night The room was also quite small with a tiny bathroom although it was sufficient. No elevator so you have to carry your luggage up really tiny stairs which is quite awkward and would be difficult with heavy luggage

Great location, nice bedrooms. Perfect as a place to use as just a base to come back and sleep in while going out to explore the rest of the city.
