Very clean, modern apartment with all the facilities you would ever need. Would highly recommend for anyone attending Liverpool or Everton matches due to close proximity to both grounds.

Was a little further from Liverpool city centre than we thought. Not a problem if you have a car but we were at the mercy of public transport. That said, we would have paid more to be in the city.

Property was clean and cosy. Lovely bathroom with toiletries to use. Kitchen was really well thought out, everything you needed. Parking permit also supplied which would have been very useful if we had driven but came on the train. We thought great value for money.

Awesome place to stay very spacious, close to Liverpool stadium, clean and the chocolates on the beds were a pleasant surprise that was very nice to see not much else to say 10 out 10 would stay here again if ever back in Liverpool.

A couple of the single mattresses weren't so comfortable; I could feel the wires, but it wasn't so bad I couldn't sleep on it. Once I was out, I was gone. My son struggled a bit too.

In essence, pretty-much everything. The street was safe, the check-in was smooth, the instructions received beforehand were first class. We didn't realise it was a whole house (both floors) so there was much more room than expected. It was extremely homely, the bedding was really cosy, the double beds were perfectly comfortable and the heating worked a dream - it was bitter that January weekend, or maybe that's just us being southern softies. ;) Also, the attention to detail on arrival - towels rolled and left on the beds with a heart-shaped chocolate on each one was a lovely touch. Also perfect location for anyone travelling to see a game at Anfield (and to a slightly lesser extent, Goodison).

This property is fab! Spotlessly clean, the house looks exactly like the photos, very modern. Only a 10 minute drive to the city centre and free parking! 10/10

Absolutely fantastic, can’t fault it. Most well equipped holiday rental I’ve ever stayed in. Absolutely perfect for a few people or a group visiting the stadium or even the city, which is only a 20 min bus ride away. All for a very reasonable price. Thanks a lot Russ!

This excellent accommodation was superb, far exceeded what we expected, immaculately clean, so well equipped with everything you needed. Beds were comfortable, excellent location for the city, or visiting either football stadium, we could not fault it in any way, lots of extra touches throughout the house which made is that little bit better than you would expect, good price and great value for money. I would go back 100%, everyone in our group said the same, thank you

As above. the area needs investment but this has nothing to do with Dacy Lodge of course. The only thing that would have improved things would have been a queen size bed in the main bedroom rather than a standard double plus a single.

The area around Anfield is quite shabby, but the stadium is fantastic. There is some renewal/renovation going on but I think the Liverpool Council, central government and perhaps Liverpool Football Club should be working together to do a little more. The Etihad is a good example of a collaberative approach.

Needs a towel rail, preferably heated, in the bathroom.

Comfortable, clean, excellent kitchen. Decor is minimalist, no clutter, all white and bright. Excellent security. Very highly recommended.

Heating came on through the night and had to go down to turn it off, it was red hot lol.
