We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We had an amazing stay once again. Every single stuff member in this hotel has exceptional customer service. Feels like 5* hotel because of them. The room was spotless, had amazing sleep on your comfy mattress. Restaurant and bar are 10 out of 10 aswell. Our meal was delicious. Big alcoholic drink choice. We will be back soon thank you so much ❤️

United KingdomThis is not a complaint just what I felt. I was in room 107 in the shower the soap holder on wall broke. Room a bit cold as air con on but adjusted to warm up. Finally lights over the tables in restaurant a bit low bumped my head a few times.
Very clean, nice comfortable room, showers great, nice reception staff and serving staff. Food very good Room service didn't use this ate in restaurant.
