We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

HungaryEverything was perfect. One remark for guests without a car: if you have a good navigation app you can easily travel by bus or train. The river bank and the small but cute city center of South Queensferry is about 25 min walk.
They are not just saying it: they really put their guests first. Small example: the host at the restaurant came up to our hotel room on the busiest Saturday evening just to open our bottle because we were thirsty and wanted to have a last drink we bought somewhere else. The room and the bathroom is modern, comfy, clean: perfect.

MaltaI booked this hotel for the good reviews, where everyone compliments the bed comfort. However I was not lucky and got a defective mattress. The problem was fixed with a room change in the next day.
Located on the outskirts of the city, allows for those with a car to move around quite easily. Staff super friendly and helpful. Facilities are modern and stylish

Check in was smooth and efficient, staff were all lovely. Bar service was excellent from all staff. All areas were clean and tidy and this was maintained throughout the hotel. Expected some noise to be heard from outside but sound proofing is obviously very good.

United KingdomI ordered my meal from the menu and was told the venison had run out. Then i tried to order ribeye steak and was told that had run out as well. It was a Friday night at 8 o'clock. I had a starter and opted for the chipshop . Very disappointed.
