The hotel was super clean and beautifully decorated. The bed were so comfortable had one of the best nights sleep. We also had a cocktail in the bar, they took a little while to make the drinks and because of the wait they comt the bill!

Very slightly too dark (although to whole hotel is...I understand it's the vibe they're going for!) and the mirror light in the bathroom was broken. Otherwise the room and stay in general was fantastic.

Perfect location for a 12hr stop over in Manchester - the early morning walk to Piccadilly took 5 minutes (if that!). The bed was super comfy, room immaculate and stylish. I didn't eat in the hotel but the bar/restaurant areas also looked lovely.

Paying £40 for the car park was abit of a shock we’ve stayed here many times and never paid to park at tye hotel , I think there should be some sort of discount for when your staying at the hotel Although the valet were very friendly and put bottle of water in our car and some hotel mints which was a nice touch

I believe the breakfast is slightly disappointing as I was expecting more variety in the buffet, however still very delicious.

By far the prettiest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. From the moment you walk in, I was blown away by how beautiful it was. The smell, the decor, the aesthetic of the rooms, all of it is a 10/10. The staff were also brilliant and made my stay even more special with the little details.

Upgraded our room and description of bath ( roll top ) was different from what we got . This was one of the reasons I upgraded too.

Classic double rooms need a folding luggage stand as the built in unit is too small for even a cabin trolley

Some staff on reception was a bit stuffy for my liking

Comfort and cleanliness was 10/10. Elizabeth was lovely friendly and I got a complimentary drink on the house just because I told her I wanted to sit in the lounge upon departure and have an orange juice, she kindly offered to get it for me and take it over to where I was sat and said it was on the house, I felt this made a nice touch. She is a valuable staff member to dakota I liked her positive energy.

Check-in was later than agreed upon because the room was still being prepared, but the lovely lady at reception arranged a couple of free drinks for me and my wife whilst we waited. Our bag was also missing from the room when we arrived. We dropped them off earlier at reception so we could explore manchester. Usually the bag would be in the room upon arrival. But the staff were very apologetic and had it brought to our room quickly. The Staff more than made up for any initial issues :) Not really complaints per se because the staff were amazing :)

This is the second time we have stayed here. The staff are absolutely fantastic and well mannered. They are always happy to help and very friendly. The room we chose did not disappoint. Large, clean and luxurious! When the staff realised we were celebrating our wedding anniversary, we were suprised with a plate of chocolate when we got to our room which was a great touch. The seating area of the hotel room was amazing and so was the shower/bathroom. Nice selection of non alcoholic complimentary drinks available in the minibar. Would certainly come again! The hotel has a very classy ,romantic and cosey lounge/bar area.
