Spacious and clean property with everything that we needed to enjoy our stay. Very friendly and quick response to things we needed help with. Excellent location for getting to hiking spots and attractions on Skye as well as the local shop.

Only very minor things to mention. There weren't any spare towels available, which would be 'a nice to have'. More importantly, there weren't any blankets, but we did fortunately bring our own one, so it wasn't an issue. The only other thing was that the kitchen was rather small, and when cooking, I found it frustrating trying to find enough space. To be fair, the kitchen is exactly as advertised, so I knew what I was getting into beforehand. A great stay overall. 9/10

Location is great being a short 5 minute drive from Portree and relatively central to the Isle landmarks such as the Old Man of Storr, The Quiraing, and the fairy pools. Lovely little apartment, and the whole place was really warm. It was actually too hot to begin with, although with a simple adjustment on a couple of radiators, we were very happy. The lighting was brilliant, including dimmer switches and lamps everywhere to fulfil anyone's preferences. The bathroom is absolutely huge! 11/10! The bed was very comfortable. The TV has a dvd player and a good selection of movies, including both older and newer releases, for kicking back on the comfy sofa after a long day out. The kitchen was well kitted out and covered the needs of two people comfortably. Also worth noting that the owners have taken the time to create short videos of how to operate appliances and answered FAQ which can be easily accessed on their welcome tablet which is super helpful. They also invite you to ask them directly if need be. All in all a great stay. 9/10😃

Sadly, for the last 2 nights, the Internet was out.

It's a couple of minutes drive to Portree Square. It is well equipped with oven, microwave, induction cooker, fridge, washing machine and clothes dryer. It is quiet and private. With sheep around.

Nothing could have been better! The owners have put a great deal of care and attention to this property.

The property was spacious, comfortable and well appointed. The house, courtyard and surroundings were lovely. The hosts were exceptionally helpful and friendly.

The bed was quite hard. We reached out and host was very fast to respond and bring a mattress topper. Unfortunately it was still quite hard for our liking. Mattress preference is such a personal preference though! I understand that everyone won’t be comfortable with the same thing & did appreciate the quick effort to remedy.

Optimal location! Very fast response(es) from host. Plenty of space in the flat, which was great as it poured rain for majority of our 3 night stay.

We loved our stay at Dalzie! What a great location. It was very quiet but still close to Portree and the main attractions. So comfortable and just a fantastic place to spend a few days (especially when the weather is not great)! Kitchen was great with a nice big fridge. It was perfect for us.

You need a car to get around but Portree City was like a 5 min drive from the apartment.

Enough parkingspace, washing machine and dryer were great! Kitchen had everything that is needed to do the cooking. Bed was very comfortable! Could not get the oven working because of the power went down before i arrived but i called John and he was at the apartment within 5 min to get it working! Apartment was also very clean and was welcomed with a bottle of wine to enjoy.

We stayed at 8 different places during our travels thru Scotland and this was my favorite! It's close enough to Portree but far enough away from the hustle, bustle. The property is very comfortable and everything that you need and enough room to spread out. The gardens are absolutely amazing and it's such a welcoming, lovely place to return to after a day of sightseeing. I highly, highly recommend this property.
