Great location to town centre. Nice quiet and spacious apartment. Warm with a good shower and comfortable accommodation.

Around the edge of the bathtub there was a bit of dirt but it didn't affect our stay. The cupboard door to the washing machine was broken. There was also an eviction notice outside the apartment which made me feel a little uneasy.

It was near everything. The town was a 10 minute walk and the station was a 20 minute walk. The apartment was nicely put together there was a massive fridge freezer and a dishwasher and washing machine and there were pots and pans and a tray for the oven. We stayed in the end room right of the bathroom and the bed was so comfortable. There was so much room even in the hallway. There was also a drying rack for clothes, a mop and bucket and an iron and board. Even though we didn't stay in the bedroom left of the bathroom it still looked a nice size. The open plan kitchen and living room was nice the sofa and extra chair were comfortable and the dining table and chairs were lovely aswell. I loved the colours used in the apartment (yellow is my favourite) and finally the bath size and the shower were incredible. They also put a guide of Darlington together for you and have recommendations of places to eat in the area.

No real problems at all. We couldn't work out how the built in radiators worked but the auxiliary convector heaters provided were very efficient so we were comfortably warm anyway.

The apartment was clean, tidy and we'll presented. Tea, coffee, milk and orange juice were provided. The rooms were warm and there was plenty of hot water. The communication from the owner was excellent and obtaining the keys and gaining entry to the apartment was easy. It was 5 minutes walk from the centre of Darlington.

The flat is perfectly located for a visit to Darlington. Parking is included below the building. The host made sure we had everything we needed (including milk, tea, sugar). The rooms were a good size and the flat was well equipped. The was a lift up to the floor and check in/out was easy and convenient.

The host was warming and easy to contact and chat to. The apartment was beta than I thought everything I needed for my holiday towels provided tea coffee milk and suger was already there there was even fresh orange juice in the fridge which was a good treat. It's a place that some one could actually live. Very happy indeed.

The flat was so close to town and came with a free parking spot on site which was very nice. It came with so many ammenities which many properties dont usually do that really made me feel at home

On the whole the flat was clean but I did find someone else's hair under one of the pillows.

The apartment is close to the town centre so you can hear traffic noise (emergency vehicle sirens) but guess you should expect in the town centre. The apartment block itself was very quiet. I only saw one person during my whole stay. Great location to explore the surrounding area. The apartment is on the third floor, but thankfully there is a lift. The apartment is well equipped. I was self catering, so this was really helpful. Great to have the Smart TV & good WiFi. Would recommend and would stay again.

found numerous hairs in the bed leaving me to believe the sheets might not have been changed, also many hairs on the radiator in the bathroom. also shower gel and shampoo would have been nice as I left my shower gel and had to go to the shop..

There wasn't anything

10 minutes away from croft circuit after busy weekend racing. Very clean accommodating and very comfortable. Will book for next year. Hosts were fantastic and easily accessible

The only downside was that we didn’t realise that the hot water was limited and would run out, it was only an issue because we didn’t know otherwise we would have used it a little smarter! The owner was fab when we contacted him and let us know how we could get a boost to put us on.

It was a great size, the beds were comfy, it was clean and tidy and the owner was really friendly and helpful! We had milk and juice in the fridge on arrival which was a great touch!

The parking under the block was incredibly tight if you had a big car, had to go to and fro a bit in my little hatchback, however, grateful to have parking so near to the centre of Darlington.

Our host was always reachable by phone. The apartment was only 5 minutes walk from the shops in Darlington. Lots of stuff left for us, coffee, tea, sugar, milk, orange juice, salt, pepper. All the cleaning products you could ever want, loads of toilet rolls, kitchen towel. 2 double bedrooms, both very comfy, huge bathroom with shower over the bath. Plenty of hot water, and lots of easily understood instructions. We found keys in a lock box secured outside, Matt stayed on the phone till we safely retrieved the keys and let ourselves into flat. Very warm aprtment, without putting on the heating. Kitchen with dishwasher, cooker, microwave etc. Flat on 3rd floor, lift in lobby.
