We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomFirstly the location was perfect. The second thing I would like to mention is the housekeeping lady, she was wonderful and the apartment was immaculately clean. Parking was perfect and very convenient. The information pack supplied was very helpful. The only things that let the stay down was the quality of the sofa and bed, both were very uncomfortable. Also not the fault of our hosts, but the building work next door was very noisy and at 8.15 the drilling and banging on a Sunday morning wasn't ideal. But overall our stay was lovely.

United KingdomI booked this flat thinking that there was room on either side of the double bed (as per the picture on Bk.com) only to find, when we arrived, that the bedside cabinet, on the right side of the bed, was too big and pushed the top of the bed over to the left at an angle. I have a bad knee (waiting for an operation at the moment) which made it very difficult to access the left side of the bed easily. We could have used the twin room, but this was on the back of the flat, was darker than the double, and did not have such a good view, which is why I checked all the pictures to begin with. A simple solution would be to pull the bed 12" forward, towards the window(there is room), and place a wide shelf from wall to wall behind the headboard on which you could place two bedside lights and any personal property. This would allow the bed to be straightened up giving better and easier access for the user. We reported the broken blind cord in the double bedroom to housekeeping, so hopefully that will have been sorted now. There is a slight problem with the integral freezer door in the fridge. If the fridge door was reversed or swopped with the cupboard unit next to it, it would make access much easier. The hot water supply to the bathroom sink was very poor and, even after running the water for some time, the water was just tepid. The shower did run hot, but it is independently supplied and heated. The showerhead adjuster was absolutely seized (button would not depress) and I had to improvise in order to lower the head for my shower. We were surprised that there were no waste bins in the lounge or bedroom, which meant ferrying any light rubbish back to the kitchen, which was a pain. The addition of these to the flat would be beneficial. The parking would have been great if the car, that had been given permission to park just inside the entrance, had not been there. I asked for this space (No 3) because the access and exit should have been much easier than it was.
We loved the fact it was in Dartmouth and close to the river frontage. There was a view down the road to the river, which could be seen between the two blocks of flats in front, from the windows and the large balcony (See photos attached). The flat also included parking, which is a Godsend in Dartmouth. The stairs from the car park ascend in 3 stages, making them easier for someone like myself with a bad knee. They are concrete, wide and not too deep/steep. Everything from the car park to the flat is undercover, so we were not bothered by the rain that was falling on our arrival! A good M&S is just around the corner along with pubs and eateries close by. We would return to the flat quite happily, if the minor problems (see below) were corrected.

Despite messaging the landlord twice and leaving a note on the car in our space, they weren’t moved and that made for tricky parking for the full stay.

United KingdomVery few quibbles. Although it was fully equipped for five and we managed, it may be a bit tight for an extended period. The fridge door needs to be rehung - accessing the freezer means taking a shelf out of the door temporarily.
Very pleasant and well equipped apartment in the centre of town with 'harbour glimpses' from the balcony. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds were comfortable with nice bedding. We'll organised access and parking. It was well run and all the questions and requests were addressed promptly and professionally. There is a sunny elevated garden which was a nice surprise. No3 was definitely the best apartment because the bathroom has external ventilation.

Needs a full length mirror in the apartment. Fridge door was wrong way around couldn’t open the freezer box. Still really enjoyed our stay and have already rebooked .
