The only disappointment was that it was lacking in useful kitchen utensils if you wanted to cook in. There was no corkscrew either which in my opinion is pretty fundamental! I also think hand soap should be provided in the bathrooms of a property of this standard.

The location was perfect for visiting Dartmouth. We didn't use the car at all. The staff in the office and at the apartment were terrific and we managed to access the accommodation early. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.

The parking was difficult in a narrow garage which car door opening was difficult. Had to just drive the front end of the car Into the garage and.leave the back end sticking out to enable door opening.

We felt that the living room required a little refurbishing. The sofa and chair were a little worn and the vertical blinds were slightly damaged.

Free parking, Good location for town, Quite well furnished. The kitchen was excellent and provided with most needs. The bathroom facilities were very good. In general everywhere was clean.

The shower is not suitable for having guests. It is a small in shower electric heater, that water temperature not stable and very low pressure of water. We could barely wash off our soap...

The location was very good, with a nice view of the river and nice balcony. Cozy and clean and well equipped.

The lights on the outside landings are very bright and we had one outside a bedroom window. When all lights were off in the flat, this bedroom was like daylight. I have suggested that they have blinds and curtains which actually keep it out and which fit as light also penetrates around the edges. As I prefer darkness to sleep, I migrated to settee (which was extremely comfortable) Also our allocated garage was taken over by another car, I actually saw the people concerned been shown it by an official looking person.

Location for us was perfect. Had stayed in similar property on same site earlier in year and found it perfect for our needs. Everything seem to be catered for. Clean, lovely beds, so comfortable.

The shower lets the flat down unfortunately. Very little water pressure and temperature inconsistent.

Excellent location and great little view of the river. Very comfortable interior, lovely to find toiletries supplied, and tea and coffee too. Great to have a private garage for parking.

We have no complaints!

The location was excellent - close to the town for cafes / restaurants or food shopping and the balcony looked through to the water front. This also worked well for some of the outings that we took where we got a boat to the steam train or Greenway. The apartment was clean and neat and perfect for the four of us, as we were on holiday we did more heating up food than real cooking and the kitchen facilities worked well whilst the large lounge diner was a great social space. We ended up being caught in traffic on our way to the apartment and they sent us an out of hours number to contact so someone met us with keys and was also able to help us on the Sunday when there was a little confusion about parking spaces. We would definitely book with them again.
