Disappointed to find some basics such as tea & coffee or coffee making facilities were not provided.

Actually stayed in Dartside 7 as we were moved. Great that the centrally located property came with parking.

The layout of the lounge means that watching telly of an evening had me craning in inter3sting positions but that can't really be helped. That was such a minor thing it really wasn't THAT much of a bother

Having stayed here before I knew what to expect. Location and parking is an absolute boon to the stay here and definitely made the trip lovely.

It was cold initially, and one bedroom had no heating at all, and damp is coming through the ceiling. Tired furniture and decor, needs a revamp

We were moved to Dartside 8. This a review for flat 8, not 6. Great location, parking a bonus. Responsive staff when we had an issue with the washing machine and asked for a heater and cooling utensils.

Excellent Apartment with a short walk into town. The Apartment was very clean and comfortable. There was even a complimentary basket with tea coffee and milk. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend to anyone to experience Dartside Apartment's.

Paying an extra £30 for "cleaning." This should be reflected in the price rather than a separate item. For two near 80 year olds the hike up the stairs to the top with suitcases was a bit heavy!

We had to telephone to find out how to get the keys but the call was answered promptly - we should have received an e-mail from booking.com to inform us but we didn't receive it until after we arrived. We were initially told we were in room 6 but it was changed to 8 due to "flooding!" The apartment was clean and spacious, bed comfortable and facilities more than adequate although a new frying pan wouldn't go amiss!!

Only told 4 hours before arrival that about parking space was a garage. We had a transporter van which didn’t fit. Had we known before w west off we would have brought a car. There was a lady in the laundry room who made a call and arranged another parking space. We went to Dartside 6. No key in the box. Lady said we were on 8 but had t been told. All worked out ok but wouldn’t have done had the lady not been there. Not good on communication which was a shame as the apartment was very clean and comfortable and in a great location. Would return.

Service provider response. Both I and another customer had issue with no receipt of email on arrival !! I called twice and left messages with no response and had to use the EMERGENCY number. We both had to use emergency number to gain entry and access to the rental. Calling the emergency number and the lady agent who answered advised she was out of hours contact was very helpful, the process on arrival needs some resolution.

We actually stayed in Dartmouth 8 as there was an issue with 6. The apartment was in a great location with views of the water :-) It was very clean, comfortable & peaceful. The bathroom was big with a good shower & shampoo, shower gel etc was provided. The beds were very comfortable & we all slept really well!

There was a horrible stench in the kitchen of rotten fish. The property windows had been left open prior to our arrival to air this. We hardly spent much time at the property so never contacted the agent regarding the smell.

The location was fantastic. The apartment had brilliant facilities and was spacious and clean.

We didn't use the kichen very much. A small improvement would be a few teaspoons and a few more coffee sachets, or maybe a cefetiere.

it got very warm ( we were blessed with amazing weather) so a fan would probably help for the hotter months. Freezer part of the fridge needed defrosting as it was iced up. but really just very minor points.

only a few minutes walk to the centre of Dartmouth, very clean, comfortable beds, superb view, great outside space/garden area.
