Couldn't fault anything.

The place was spotless, exceptionally clean, and tidy. The kitchen was well equipped. The shower was powerful and easy to use. Towels were provided. The bed was very comfortable. The grounds were well maintained.

The freezer smelt really bad, maybe because it was turned off, and then at the end of our stay we found a frozen pack of prawns in there, which must be off as the freezer was turned off.

Loved it all, only problem was someone was parked at our number apartment & visitor parking was full, so we had to park at another number.

Nothing serious. Designated numbered car parking spaces were a little jumbled. Switch for shower in corridor unlabelled and indistinguishable from light and other switches. Both eventually located.

Nice location with views over rear garden and within easy walking distance of local shops and amenities. Apartment was clean, comfortable and well appointed.

The apartment was great, it was clean and had everything we needed. It’s a short walk to the beach and train station. There’s a shop, chippy and amazing bakery nearby. Would definitely stay there again.

We struggled a bit with the tin opener! Everything else was super!

We had a fabulous week in Dawlish Warren. The apartment is in a quiet residential complex with friendly neighbours, yet close to shops, pubs and the beech and attractions. Parking is provided and accessing the keys was easy with the coded box. The apartment was exceptionally clean and the beds extremely comfortable. Towels were provided. The free Wifi was much appreciated, this combined with the TV allowed our son to bring his Xbox which was handy for a rainy day. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and appliances Fridge, Freezer Cooker and washing machine which made self catering very easy. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay!

The apartment was lovely and clean and close to all amenities. In town. Everyone was lovely and friendly, and the views and views were lovely. Would definitely go back . Didn't want to leave 😪. Amazing break

If I had to really think of something then a lamp in the living area instead of the main light on, however it wasn’t an issue

Not a lot to be negative about. Just two things we feel needs to be looked at. First the water pressure of the shower was poor, second there was some damp in the left hand corner of the door frame that had court the curtain and sent it very black, not nice to look at.

There weren't enough dining chairs, there were only 3 when it slept 4, no clothes airer and no rails to dry towels and no hairdryer

Lovely apartment, very clean and well equipped, everything was great, I would definitely stay again! Outside balcony with chairs and a small table was very nice due to the sunny weather! The hosts were easy to contact by phone and very helpful. 5 min walk to supermarket, train station, bus stop and beach, a really convenient location. The mattress on the main bed was a little hard.

This appointment was right in the heart of Dawlish Warren. It was very clean. Extremely well presented. Like home from home. Loved it!!
