We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomThe shower head has a hole which sucks in air to increase the pressure, but it makes a lot of noise. The booking form did not let you specify twin room or a room with a double bed.
The hotel is right next to the pier. The location is excellent. It is a short walk from the train station.

The breakfast was really tasty. We especially liked how friendly the staff were. The location was fabulous as in next to the see. But finding the carpark was tricky. The beds were really comfy.

Excellent staff. Homely feel. Oldie worldie. Brilliant service at the restaurant. Food lovely, quick to be served and hot and fresh. The waiters were extremely friendly and funny. They are a credit to your hotel also the receptionist was great too! Rooms clean and comfy but perhaps slightly dated. Power shower very strong and hot.

The location was excellent. This stay was an 80th birthday present from my daughter and was much enjoyed. I had read mixed reviews about the hotel and was pleasantly surprised by how lovely it was. I used to live in Cromer and it was great to be back for a visit.

The breakfast was lovely and the staff extremely pleasant. There was also evening entertainment by a local chap which was enjoyable.

I loved the sea views from our room. The room was warm and the beds were comfy. Also spotlessly clean. All the staff were very friendly and helpful and breakfast was delicious. No complaints.
