    Everything worked great for us.

The breakfast food and all the extra homely touches were great and we were made to feel very welcome by Greg and Tina even though we arrived a lot later than we anticipated. The location was great and was ideal for what we wanted.

There was nothing not to like. Far exceeded our expectations ❤

Deer Cottage was a perfect winter retreat with its cosy feel, log burner and hot tub. The welcome basket and homemade cake were such lovely touches. Highly recommended. Thank you for making it a special weekend.

Bed could be a little bigger.

Deer cottage had everything you could possibly need for your stay, along with a gift basket, fresh cakes, and a very warm welcome from the owners, hot tub exceeded expectations, info packs of near by attractions, pubs and takeaways, deers visit the garden along with birds and other wildlife.

    Nothing not to like!

There was a lovely welcome back provided, giving the opportunity of a hot drink (with milk in fridge) and a lovely homemade cake on arrival and the provision of cereal breakfast.

The location was nice and quiet but it needed something more to do than seeing the sights, it was charming for a couple of days.

It was clean and very cosy from the get go, and the hot tub is definitely a big part of the stay here.

There was nothing not to like!

Wonderful welcome basket on arrival of selection crakers, biscuits, cake,teas/coffee, chutney, orange juice, cider, with milk and butter in the fridge. Nice surprise! The hot tub is undercover just outside the back door in the garden, there is rattan furniture and fairy lighting, all very private surrounded by shrubs , - lovely listening to the birds whilst relaxing. Extra towels are provided for the hot tub, also a rob and slippers. The owner discreetly sorts out the water/chemicals each day, so you don't have to worry or do a thing. It was a lovely place and I would definitely return.
