Donna was a brilliant host who made guests feel very welcome and cared for. The location in Looe is very central and the room I had with a view was lovely, light and very comfortable. Breakfast was great with plenty of choice and Donna tried to accommodate everyone's individual needs. She helped me get an affordable taxi, which I really appreciate.

The location is perfect within walking to the town. Donna who runs it makes you feel very welcome. Very clean room and supplies an excellent breakfast. Probably the best bacon and scrambled eggs ever.

Everything was lovely.

Beautiful location, close to both the train station and the town centre. We were treated to a cup of tea on our arrival and the service was wonderful in every way.

The room is quite small for price External bathroom - but at least very big and modern (private with key for exclusive use)

Free parking - B&B provides a parking permit for marked bays behind the petrol station (drive through the short stay car park to access) Early check in from 2pm Good Wi-Fi - no problems with streaming in the rooms Excellent Welsh cooked breakfast and other cold options on the side (fruit, yoghurt, cereal, jam for toast) Great river view from the bedroom Friendly and approachable owner and pet dog - a rescue dog Great location just by the main Looe bridge, next to bus stop for Polperro day trip (Tip) and also fast food and pasty shops. The host - great comms before check in, good knowledge and advice on where to go locally.

Can’t think of a thing.

The location was ideal and our bedroom overlooked the estuary. On arrival we were greeted by Donna who was very friendly and helpful. We only stayed the one night but our bed was comfortable and the breakfast excellent.

Honestly nothing negative to say about the place, really couldn’t fault it!

We absolutely loved our stay at Deganwy Hotel! It was a perfect location just a very short stroll to the main high street and not far from the nearest beach. The room was lovely, cosy and very clean. It had perfect storage (wardrobe & draws) to keep everything tidy and organised. The bed was very comfortable and the TV had Netflix two big bonuses for us. Breakfast was outstanding great options and amazing quality. Overall great stay. Donna is an amazing host who really goes above and beyond for her guests!

Great location for Looe, lovely hotel. Room was quiet with lovely views. Good choice at breakfast. Owner was very welcoming! Free parking was a bonus and even the smallest of things like USB wall sockets in the room were a help, when forgetting my phone charger.

Nice friendly hotel. Prime location for all the towns facilities. Station and bus stop just outside, which was great for days out. Good breakfast, room immaculate with rive view.

May be a difficult steep approach for some with mobility problems but this was not a problem in our case.

Donna was very helpful and efficient. The breakfast is great quality and much attention paid to detail. Because the bedroom did not have a river view we were given a very nice table for breakfast with a lovely view. The lounge and bar area were very welcoming and comfortable. Lots of guests like to return each year. Parking was across the road and most days we left the car and either walked or used the bus for £2 which meant we could chill 😎 A great location both enjoyable and practical. We loved Hanifore especially the little vintage China tea room called Island View. Beautiful scenery both woodland river walks or coastal path walks. A good variety of eateries both formal or to go.

Slight downside is the steepish slope and steps up to property but that's most of properties in Looe! External but stylish bathroom which we did know about but would definitely choose ensuite option given a choice. It's fine if you don't need to get up too much in the night 😂

Donna was an excellent hostess :very friendly, nothing too much trouble Breakfasts freshly cooked to order. Delicious and plenty of choice Beautifully appointed and well kept rooms. Views fantastic and weather was glorious. Plenty of eating places nearby
