The interior was a little outdated, but was happy with the amenities.

Selina and all staff were very welcoming, kind and helpful with my elderly mother. They looked after us well. The breakfast was very good and the room had everything that we needed. They moved us to a lower floor, so that there were not so many stairs for her. Everything was as good as possible for the age of the property. It was clean and tidy with hardworking, pleasant staff

We liked everything about the property,no complaints whatsoever

Property had everything we needed , breakfast was very good and we got exactly what we requested, was prime location for shops and travelling around wales . The bedding and towels were exceptionally good bath towels very big and fluffy.The property had free parking and let us leave the car there on our last day even after check out while we did last minute shop .

The Del-Mar is located near ro all the shops, restaurants, cafes and bars,and the Great Orme, yet the road is quiet and safe. As a solo traveller I was pleased by how safe I felt, how lovely the host is and how friendly the other guests were.. Everywhere was clean, fresh and airy, and we were well looked after.calmy and efficiently. I especially loved the full breakfasts! I even had a view of the Great Orme from my bedroom. My stay was a lovely experience, I was sorry to leave and I'm happy to recommend to friends, so it must be good!

Only the Wi-Fi strength was bit weak in the room.

Everything was amazing, including cozy rooms, super clean toilets, amazing breakfasts, above all the Hospitality of SELINA and Family is outstanding and very heart warming. She is always eager to assist and help at any need and enquiries. Thank you guys for making our vacation so pleasant and memorable.

Parking... We parked in a local pay and display. Double parking and blocking in was involved in parking by the hotel, necessitating giving proprietors access to car keys in case the car had to be moved. Internet-WiFi and 4G was negligible to zero in the room and not a great deal better downstairs. Our room was on level 3....now I don't consider myself as disabled but I am no lightweight and those steep flights nearly finished me. Unless you're young and fit, ask for ground floor. Breakfast served 8.30am til 9.15am which seemed like a narrow window.... Again, I'm a big girl and getting in and out of the shower was a challenge as the shower doorway was narrow. Most hotel showers have full width doors.

The location was perfect, within walking distance of the sea front but far enough away to be a quiet street. The food was lovely and the bed was comfortable. service and staff were friendly, attentive and warm. The majority of the building and facilities were clean and pleasant. The room was quiet and comfortable. Shower was nice and hot.

The staff members are so lovely and helpful. Selina is such a wonderful host! She always try to accommodate customers’ requests. The rooms are also very clean and the decorations are splendid! Location wise - it is perfect! Just 8 mins away from the station. Would definitely recommend people to stay here!
