Hot water turned off after a certain time (after 7pm I think). This wasn’t mentioned to us. The cost of parking at the station wasn’t helpful but not the end of the world. You can find parking nearby which I did half way through my stay.

Property was clean and nice. Checking in process was easy and the place was easy to find.

The WiFi was a bit slow and the showers were a bit fiddley nothing we couldn't figure out. Other than those nothing else we didn't like.

It was nice being able to cook my own food the apartment was clean and warm very spacious. Located right beside the train and bus stations and grocery stores. The beds were comfortable my teen enjoyed a whole double to himself I'd recommend staying here and would definitely stay with sojo again

Could not find anybody to help with keys and other things. Everything was online which is good in all other ways except when you need some help which is better done in-person. Room was cleaned only once in 2 weeks, they can plan for a weekly cleaning if possible.

Stay was comfortable and good value for money. Located very close to the train station.

The smoke alarm went off twice during my stay (on two separate days). I contacted customer support about this and they sent someone over to turn the alarm off, the next day the alarm went off again and they sent me instructions on how to turn it off myself. I wasn't able to turn it off, so they eventually sent someone who fixed it.

A lovely apartment in a great location in the centre of Slough. Conveniently located next to the train station (2 min walk), which was great since I did all of my travels via public transport. Good customer support, replied quickly.

The only issue we had is that the spare bed that was set up was uncomfortable because you could feel the slats through the mattress. This wasn't too much of an issue for us though as my son just slept on the sofa instead.

The place was clean, tidy and the facilities are amazing.

The hall the stairs and the aisle to apartment were awful, the main doir of the building was kept open day and night with a door stopper. The hall due to the open door was frequently been used by hobos or junkies during night. I did not take pictures of the mess in the morning because i have been mobbed by the sojo owners which are from dubai and sent me a at leasr 10 messages requesting to keep the house clean, throw the trash in the prpper place and so on. Messages can be checked by bookings i presume. Anyway, i think the place is normally rented to random people whicjh are not knowing the rules of Civil leaving. Therefore this was the first time and this will be the ladt time ever in my life to rent that place. When i go on holidays i want to enjoy time and not spending time reading the messages from the dubai agent. Thank you for keeping me busy reafing your messages...and i hope you are not charging for any damage in the apartment. I have sent pictures when i entered the apartment and it has been sent throug mail to uk rep of sojo

It was close to all amenities, not far from slough centre and train station however, it was lovely and peaceful. For a family of 5 we had plenty of space.

Wifi no working during our 7 days stay. Contacted the agency, they sent a list of other networks with passwords but only connected, no internet at all in any network. We had to use our mobile to hotspot internet during a full week stay! Flat very bright, no blackout curtains, so sleep with all clarity was hard!

Carpets in the basement are covered in a huge red paint spill, washing maching and dryer did not work (a problem given that I had arrived from a long haul flight and couldnt wash my clothes), food was left in the freezer from the previous guests, the door lock didnt work very well and the apartment was in the basement which was extremely hot and for security and noise from the main road, i couldnt leave the windows open. The sofa bed was impossible to sleep on. I am a regular guest of these apartments and have been asking to improve the proximity to the apartments for the collection of keys (there is no safe place to leave luggage and the key collection is approx 12 minute walk away - each way)

Mattresses were uncomfortable and old. The water turned scalding hot one day. There was no complimentary laundry detergent pod, and we ran out of toilet paper. Picking up and dropping off the key 1/2 mile away was inconvenient!

Great location close to train station! It was spacious, and lots of restaurants nearby.

Being told last minute that I had to walk to a shop in the opposite direction to pick up keys was annoying. I had travelled for 4 hours with two bags and then had to go and get the keys in the rain. I was drenched by the time I got to the apartment despite it being next to the station. Also, being told to take the bins out was not good service. When you pay for accommodation, you don't expect to be asked to take the bins out before leaving.

Location was great and the balcony apartments were superb.
