The only thing which I didn’t like was being woke up at 6 am by something going on in the Petrol station which was near my van. Sounded industrial. I only heard it one day so it could have been a one off incident. Don’t be put off as I am A light sleeper too. Everything else was fabulous.

The location was perfect for Fellfoot woods. I was at an event opposite it. A little walk to a shop so very handy. Set in woods so beautiful birdsong. Lovely clean caravan with fab heating and a fire. Helpful staff on site. All went perfectly, thank you 🙏

The site is still under development, so there was some work taking place on one day.

Caravan was clean and comfy. Staff dealt with a minor issue very quickly. Location was good, close enough to towns and walks, but away from the busyness of popular locations. The nearby garage/shop/Greggs was handy for getting supplies.

No personal meet and greet. Struggled to find accommodation. More information needed in accommodation regarding heating,TV, and Very poor WiFi.

The place was nice and warm when we arrived. Comfortable bed. Good local amenities.

there was nowhere to walk to so a bigger play area would have been good

beds were very comfy, the shower was fantastic, the kitchen had everything we needed and more and the little touches such as the bottle of Prosecco and hand cream and soap, the little things like the washing up liquid and tin foil/ cling film really helped make it an easy stay

The check in hours time frame was very small and would have been great to have met a human on arrival and departure. A text message was received with details to a key safe. We were confused how to get through the barrier, fortunately someone walked past who advised us what to do. I would not advise arriving at dark as would be challenging to find. The sofa bed was slightly uncomfortable, the shower didn't drain fast enough if on full power and at night time there are a few annoying lights flashing in the accommodation. Apart from that all was good and we would stay again.

Beautiful location, we really liked our Buttermere accommodation. A very convenient garage/shop in walking distance. The air was very fresh and it was very quiet. Everything was very clean and presentable inside.

Great caravan for long weekend away. Lovely site and well placed for South Lakes. Communication with park before was very good and once arrived a lovely welcome pack was well received. Thank you 😊. Caravan itself was clean, comfy and very well stocked with little extras that are not always provided. Short walk to shop at garage and quiet walk down a back lane to local hotel with a great bar for a cosy drink by open fire. Will definitely be returning.

Kettle leaked (although a replacement was brought the following day), photos make the pod look much larger and was a bit small for 2 adults and a GSD with some of our stuff needing to be kept in the car although well equipped. Couldn't work the microwave and no instructions left

Great location for exploring the Lake District. Very well kept caravan park. Would recommend and will definitely visit again when in the Lake District.

I had a few things to do for work whilst there and the Wi-Fi was, well, non-existent. I knew that this would be challenging, however, in the end we gave up on it. This was not a deal breaker.

As we had a pet, the caravan was a pet friendly one. Location was great and the dog loved the local walks etc. Easy reach for Bowness and Windermere and not far from the shop on the main road. Site a little quieter than we are used to, however, it was great to switch off. Nice little welcome pack on arrival too was a special touch.

the bed and sofa is very uncomfortable as it was on a slant which meant if two people are sleeping on the bed you both end up in the middle and the sofa has a bar which you end up sitting on so we weren’t able to use the sofa.

the caravan had great extra features such as mood lights and built in Bluetooth music system. It would have been better if we were told about this as we only noticed the music system on the second to last day.

There was a lack of outside space around the van and the road noise was a little excessive. The site is quite tight to negotiate around

We liked the modern caravan which was well equipped and the welcome pack which included a bottle of Prosecco was a very nice touch
