Stairs (it was mentioned on the website), small normal double bed, not been able to do a bit earlier checkin after a 14 hour flight. Staff did not even try to arrange a quicker cleaning session. Kfc downstairs attracted a couple of demanding beggers at night

Instructions for turning on some of the lights and heaters. Couldn't work out the switches near the bathroom.

Comfort was impacted by bad timing of the heating system. This was notified to management and does affect my comfort rating unfortunately but overall we enjoyed the apartment.

This is a great studio apartment with good facilities. The washing machine/dryer was appreciated. Shower was good but bed is a double size. Room was quiet and not impacted by the busy fast food outlets below. Well located for public transport and sightseeing.

Location is on St Andrews Square near KFC and McDonalds. A lot of late night noise and commotion on 2 of the 3 nights.

Whilst there is a washing machine/dryer the cycle took a couple of hours. The water seemed to flow very slowly.

The location of this accommodation is perfect - being 5 minutes easy walk to both the Waverley Railway Station and the Edinburgh Bus Terminal - so close to everything but yet so quiet! Facilities were great!

The way doors closing were very loud but it was not that big of a deal.

Everything. The apartment is at a really good place right next to the old town. Everything is walking distance. It looks fully renovated and in spite of being near the centre, it is very quiet and calm.

The stairs were a bit challenging, but we were able to use the lift after the 1st floor. The bathroom could benefit from a better extraction fan as it was very steamy after a shower.

Ideal location for a weekend break. Walking distance to everywhere. Flat contained everything needed for a short break.

Some noise from air conditioners outside the building. Double glazing kept the street noise very quiet.

Location was brilliant for both the train station and the Airlink bus stop to the airport. Also a lovely park and some nice restaurants nearby.

Really only one thing, the constant hum of the motor which I'm guessing was air to water pump was a bit loud found it hard to sleep.

Our trip was celebrating my wife's 60th Birthday. The location of the apartment was very central to everything and public transport was amazing, something we are not familiar with in Ireland. Your recommendation for places to eat were spot on, "Amazing Food".

Mattress in the main room with on-suite needs replacing. The mattress in the other room was great.

No lift/elevator so be prepared to carry bags up stairs.

A really great location in Edinburgh. Very close to Waverley Station so easy to walk there. Handy for shops, restaurants and supermarkets. easy access to the Royal Mile and major locations in the main city centre. Basic facilities as in a fully equipped kitchen but no cooking ingredients provided (not unusual though). It was very clean and the beds were comfortable.
