The bungalow is spacious and clean. It is nearby a lot of interesting places. We were able to use the swimming pool facilities which is great and we enjoyed it. Although we have to book in advanced. The host, Paula, is very easy to contact and can sort things out in a timely manner if ever you need help.

There was nothing really that anyone could dislike in the property but the only problem I personally had was due to a stroke and reduced mobility I had great difficulty in getting into the shower and the shower tray extremely slippery and certainly needed a mat.

Nice position close to all amenities and also quiet location. Bungalow had everything and very comfortable. We were there to actually to view a couple of properties for sale via appointments so it was good to visit and get a feeling of what was going on and what the area offered.

The location was lovely and quiet, and the bungalow was clean, cosy, and exactly what I was hoping for after a 400 mile drive. The Hengar Manor site provided plenty of space to go for a walk to enjoy the peace and quiet, shop on site for any bits and bobs. It was great!

The instructions to locate the property were very clear. The bungalow itself was beautifully appointed and warm. Everyone in the park was very friendly and the swimming pool was beautiful.

The floor in the bungalow was fairly cold, although it was nice warm inside, the heating worked well, but we'd take slippers next time:)

It was a lovely cosy bungalow, equipped with anything one possibly needed for cooking when self catering. 2 ducks who were regular visitors to the grounds around the bungalow were great entertainment for kids. It was in really nice location, close to Tintagel, Padstow, st. Issac and Polzeath beach. We were family of 4 and had wonderful weekend overthere. We also used the swimming pool in the Manor that comes with booking.

Main bedroom size with short double bed ridiculously tight. Almost impossible to get around and into RHS of the bed. Only about 18 cm of space and 20 cm at the bottom. No bedside table on one side and only one lamp? Wardrobe and hanging space also tight. Nowhere near enough space to put clothes for two adults apart from small drawers and a couple of shelves, which were ludicrously difficult to access. Goodness knows if you came for more than a few days! Couldn't undress nor unpack a bag. Then where do you put cases? No info available that we could find re Park facilities. Didn't get to swim as pool was fully booked! Children's entertainment was OK.

Cleanliness, comprehensive information book about the bungalow. Shower good, most cooking tools there. Parking convenient, WiFi adequate. Comfy furniture.

The shower was sadly inaccessible for our mobility limited daughter. The step was too high. I struggled myself to step back down, a handrail perhaps for us elderly/disabled folk? The double bed has a wooden base, which is difficult to get round. Maybe a divan style would ease the problem? Other than that, brilliant.

Lovely bungalow in a great location. We were impressed with the cleanliness, and welcoming feel. The kitchen was very well equipped with high quality crockery, pans, utensils etc.We loved travelling to the Eden project and Padstow, and some other tucked away places! Golf,fishing, and swimming right on our doorstep. We didn't try the entertainment, as all the day activities wore us out! It can be quite hard to find accommodation to suit disability requirements. A little tweak, thank you. All in all, a marvellous stay.

To be honest we did not dislike anything as the property meet our requirements.

Lovely setting. Ideal location to access areas such as Padstow, Port Isaac, Mevagissey and lots more. Peaceful in the evening after a hectic day.

Quite noisy with families coming and going - on- site entertainment not our thing, but seemed busy and popular with other families. The food in the on-site restaurant wasn't great- my macaroni cheese tasted like a microwaved ready meal, so we didn't revisit.

Great facilities - everything you need for a short break. Made a good base for us to explore Cornwall - the Eden project, port Isaac etc. Lovely host and clean, well equipped kitchen. Thoughtfully the host provided books and dvds to borrow during our stay.

Fantastic holiday. Lovely bungalow in beautiful Hengar Manor grounds, clean and comfortable. Heating, hot water, etc., all worked fine - we couldn't get wifi in the bungalow but there was mobile connectivity, and we could get wi-fi in the café. The kids loved the spacious grounds, the duck pond, walled garden and adventure playground. The pool was nice, we had to book a one hour slot due to covid but that meant it was quiet, which was lovely.
