Walls were very thin I could hear other rooms showering etc. Also the club down the road kept me awake till 3am. Also the towels were very small

when we arrived the apartment had not been cleaned the bedding had not been changed the bin hadn't been emptied i did it myself and also we had 1 hand towel and 1 bath towel to share between us for 2 days. but like I said the apartment was nice and cosy

Getting inside of the main block was difficult as the incorrect and expired code was provided, when I telephoned the number provided I received no answer.

Took a while for the apartment to warm up. And the bed has a slight dip in the middle. Otherwise everything was excellent.

Apartment was clean and central. Instructions were clear and the extra touch of the birthday banner and balloons was lovely.

Brilliant location,could be noisy until around 1am from the live acts around Mathew Street but that didn't bother us at all. Didn't interrupt our sleep. Very clean and comfortable

I wasn't expecting that much noise and al those not fully sober neighbours in the middle of the night.

The beautifully restored building in that "imperial" Liverpool location are both exceptional. The mini room and kitchen are also fully satisfactory for a couple (plus a child). Kitchen ustensils, towels, toilet papers are all present, (almost) nothing is missing.

A few noisy neighbours on the first night (not the property’s fault) but given the location, bar noise is to be expected & although that didn’t bother us too much other travellers may want to take it into consideration

To noisy inside no staff around checking on visitors noise anyone can get in premises if given code which did happen when we were there neighbours had a rave in next room I nearly called the police

There was a funny smell in the building. It was very noisy in the room, you could hear everything that was going on. It said there was Netflix which there wasn't and on asking my message was never answered.

It's location was very close to everything we needed. The apartment was a good size. It was easy to find.

There was a lot of noise but that was granted with the location, when people opened doors near us our door also sounded as though it was opening which shocked us a few times!

Not like is a strong word but a set of drawers would have allowed for unpacking , which would have been nice for a long stay rather than keeping the suitcase going...

The place was quaint and very welcoming, very clean, and the unusual layout made it interesting. There was a problem with the washer and it was handled very promptly, so there was no impact on our stay. The central location was ideal.

Too many vases and decorative pieces in the room. Only 2 small towels in the bathroom and no tea towels in the kitchen.

Fantastic location for Caven club, bars and restaurants. Greggs a minute away for breakfast!
