Only issue is there is no lift access in this hotel, with heavy luggage sometimes it's difficult to carry them to two floors. Also there was tv in our room but it's not functional, but that's fine.

Room was pretty big and very clean. We enjoyed the stay.

During our stay of four nights, the electricity outlets stopped working twice. However, the flaw was fixed immediately after informing the staff about it. The water of the shower was occasionally cold and some pieces of the furniture (including sink and bed) were wobbly. The soundproofing was void.

The staff was extremely amiable! Our room was quite big and affordable. The breakfast was scrumptious and the room had fridge and kettle facilities - and some plates and tea cops too. Willesden Junction underground station was just a stone's throw away from the hotel. The room was clean and convenient.

There was a kettle in the room but no tea bags/coffee etc.

Location was perfect for trip to Wembley Stadium. Right next to station for easy access. There is a cafe downstairs that did a great full English breakfast. The guy that owns both properties is obviously putting in a lot of effort and is providing an excellent, value for money, service.

A little bit noisy with the traffic outside but this didn’t stop us sleeping so not bad at all.

In a good location near the train station so easy to access and get into central London. The room was clean and well equipped. Get a key to the door of the hotel and your room so felt very safe.

The staff is super polite and available, the building is just above the train station, making it easy to get anywhere by tube. The room has plenty of space and a very useful mini fridge. Nice stay, good quality-price ratio!

I arrived after hours and there was not way to find out about the wifi (a simple note in the room would have worked)

Met/exceeded expectation - was looking for a reasonably priced hotel near to transport links, and that is what I got. The hotel supported my (very) late arrival.

Above average quality hotel for London and the price, which says more about London than the hotel.

    • Solo traveller
    • Standard Double Room

The hotel is on a busy road next to traffic lights and above a nightclub, which means there is no chance of sleeping well with the windows open. The room was very hot, so having open windows was essential... I had a few quick naps between 4am and 5am (the only time there wasn't extreme noise outside) rather than a night's sleep. Strong smell from the toilet (the building's plumbing is definitely overstrained), cockroaches scuttling about the floors, and hairs on the sheets and pillows (these had clearly been cleaned but handled roughly afterwards).

For transport links, location is ideal. Quick and no-nonsense check-in and check-out from the shop downstairs. Considering the price, it's exactly what I expected: the door locked, the lights worked, and there was a roof. An unexpected bonus was the shower had great pressure. Free bottled water, juice, and coffee were provided, which was thoughtful. You could do far worse at far more expensive London hotels.

On a very busy street with a cafe over the road playing very loud music until early hours of the morning. Theses a foul smell on entering but once you get up the first flight of stairs that fades away. Outside front door is littered with cigarette buds. The main thing was the bathroom door was broke so if anyone went toilet they had to then knock to be let out by somebody, imagine if you were staying in that room alone, you would have been trapped in bathroom for god knows how long. Beds are quite uncomfortable, 1 flat as a pancake pillow each so had to roll the provided towels up to boost up pillows.

Was clean and the waters and juices provided was a nice touch. Good location for getting into central London too

The location was awful, we felt very unsafe, even walking around there during the day. The bathroom was tiny. Not all the buttons on the control for the TV worked.

The room was clean and modern, the staff were nice enough, it was incredibly close to the tube station (no more than 100ft), it was convenient to have the shop below, there was a smart TV which had Netflix and YouTube, fruit juice, coffee and water was given for free in the room.
